This standard is equivalent to the Japanese Industrial Standard JISD1037-1991 "Test method for the maximum speed of two-wheeled motorcycles". Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the test conditions and test methods for the maximum speed of motorcycles and mopeds. This standard is applicable to the test of the maximum speed of motorcycles and mopeds (except special vehicles and racing cars). 2 Reference standards
GB/T5378 General rules for road tests of motorcycles and mopeds 3 Test conditions
3.1 The preparation work before the test shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T5378. 3.2 General test conditions shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5378. 3.3 Road conditions
3.3.1 The maximum speed test shall be conducted on a straight asphalt or concrete road. The road surface shall be clean, flat and dry. 3.3.2 The longitudinal slope of the test road surface shall not exceed 1%, the transverse slope shall not exceed 3%, and the height difference between any two points shall not exceed 1m.
3.3.3 The distance of the test section is 200m, and the allowable deviation range of the test section shall be within ±0.5%. There shall be a sufficiently long auxiliary driving section at both ends of this test section.
3.4 The test environment conditions shall comply with the following provisions: atmospheric pressure shall not be less than 97kPa;
b. air temperature: not less than 5℃;
relative humidity: not more than 95%
maximum wind speed: not more than 3m/s.
3.5 The driver must be equipped with a helmet, protective glasses, tight test suit, gloves, test shoes, etc. 3.6 The driver should sit in the driving seat, put his feet on the footrest, bend his arms slightly, keep the upper body posture in a normal driving posture during the test and keep it basically unchanged, and ensure that the vehicle can be controlled normally at any time during the test. 4 Test method
4.1 The test vehicle should complete the entire acceleration process in the auxiliary driving range. Open the throttle fully, and make the device for enriching the mixture inoperative, accelerate and drive steadily through the test range at the highest speed, and measure the time required for the test vehicle to pass the test range. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 10, 1996 148
Implementation on November 1, 1996
GB/T5384—1996
4.2 Number of measurements The round trip is one time, and the test should be carried out twice in succession. The test results should meet the following requirements, otherwise additional tests should be conducted until the following requirements are met.
4.2.1 The difference in the round trip speed should be within 5% of the slow-moving speed. 4.2.2 The difference between the average values of any two round trip speeds shall be within 3% of the average value of the slow-moving round trip speed. 4.3 The driving speed shall be calculated as follows:
Driving speed, km/h;
Where: —
l——the distance of the test section, m,
——the time required to pass the test section, s.
4.4 The maximum vehicle speed shall be determined by selecting the maximum average value of the round trip speed from the values that meet the requirements of Articles 4.2.1 and 4.2.2, which shall be the maximum vehicle speed. The value shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5378. 4.5 The test data and results shall be recorded in Table A1 of Appendix A (Supplement). 149
