Determination of moisture content of papermaking raw materials
Fibrous raw material-Determination of moisture content1 Subject content and applicable scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the moisture content of papermaking raw materials. This standard is applicable to the determination of moisture content of various papermaking raw materials. 2 Reference standards
GB2677.1 Sampling of samples for analysis of papermaking raw materials 3 Definition
GB/T 2677. 2--93
Replaces GB 2677.2-81
Moisture content refers to the ratio of the mass lost by the raw material sample when it is dried to constant weight at 105±2℃ to the original mass of the sample, expressed as a percentage. 4 InstrumentsbZxz.net
4.1 Flat weighing bottle (or other sample container). 4.2: Controllable temperature oven.
4.3 Desiccator (the color-changing silica gel inside should remain blue). 4.4 Analytical balance: sensitivity 0.0001g.
5 Test steps and result calculation
Prepare the sample according to GB2677.1, then weigh 1~2g of the sample (accurate to 0.0001g) in a clean flat weighing bottle (4.1) that has been dried to a constant mass, place it in a 105±2℃ oven (4.2) and dry it for 4h, move the weighing bottle into a dryer (4.3), cool it for half an hour and weigh it, then move the weighing bottle into the oven again, continue to dry it for 1h, cool it and weigh it, and repeat this process until the mass is constant. The moisture α (%) is calculated as follows:
Where: m -
-mass of the sample before drying, g;
mass of the sample after drying, g.
ml×100
Report the result as the arithmetic mean of the two measurements, which must be accurate to the second decimal place. The error between the calculated values of the two measurements should not exceed 0.2%.
6 Test report
The test report should include the following items:
Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on March 1, 1993, and implemented on October 1, 1993
This national standard number;
Necessary instructions for use;
Any abnormal phenomenon during the test;
GB/T2677.2-93
Instructions on operations and conditions that may affect the test results. Additional notes:
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Paper Industry. This standard was drafted by the Paper Industry Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard adopts the Japanese standard JISP8002-1974 "Determination of moisture content in wood analysis samples". This standard was first published in 1981.
