Some standard content:
GB 18528 -2001
This standard is formulated for the first time based on on-site labor hygiene survey data, epidemiological survey data, laboratory research and reference to foreign occupational exposure limits. It is a health standard used for workplace environmental monitoring and health supervision. This standard shall be implemented from May 1, 2002. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. The drafting units of this standard are: School of Public Health of Peking University, Institute of Labor Hygiene and Occupational Diseases of Otsu City. The main authors of this standard are: Zhao Zongqun, Liu Xueen, Ye Kangping, Jiang Muzhen, Liu Changting. This standard is entrusted to the Institute of Labor Hygiene and Occupational Diseases of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine for interpretation. 621
1 Scope
National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Occupational exposure limit for ultraviolet radiation in the work environment This standard specifies the permissible limit and test method of ultraviolet radiation in the workplace. This standard is applicable to all kinds of operations that are exposed to human ultraviolet radiation sources. 2 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
2.1 Ultraviolet radiation ultraviolet radiation GB 18528—2001
Ultraviolet radiation means ultraviolet light, which is electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength of 100-400nm. It is divided into long-wave ultraviolet light (UVA), medium-wave ultraviolet light (LVB), and short-wave ultraviolet light (UVC). 2.1.1 Long-wave ultraviolet light (UVA)
Ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 100~-315 nm, this range is also called the black spot area. 2.1.2 Medium-wave ultraviolet light (UVB)
Ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 315~280 tm, this range is also called the erythema area. 2.1.3 Short-wave ultraviolet light (UVC)
Ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 280~100 nm: this range is also called the sterilization area. 2.2 Irradiance
The irradiance is the radiation flux on the surface element at a point divided by the area of the surface element. The unit is W/cm2, mW/cm2μW/cm\.
2.3 Ultraviolet mixed light source: a light source including ultraviolet light of various wavelengths, such as electric welding arc. 3 Health standard limit
The following standard limit values refer to the measured values in protective equipment. 3.1 Time-weighted average exposure limit
UVB: exposure per H shall not exceed 0.26uW/cm2 (or 3.7mJ/cm2); UVC: daily exposure shall not exceed 0.13jiW/cm2 (or 1.8mJ/cm2); welding arc: each exposure shall not exceed 0.24uW/cm2 (or 3.5ml/cm2). 3.2 Maximum exposure limit
UVB shall not exceed 1±W/cm2 (14.4mJ/cm2) at any time; UVC shall not exceed 0.5μW/cm2 (7.2mJ/cm2) at any time; welding arc: shall not exceed 0.9μW/cm2 (12.9mJ/cm2) at any time. Approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China on December 4, 2001, 622

Implementation on May 1, 2002
4 Monitoring methods
4.1 Test objects
Ultraviolet irradiance in anti-expansion products.
4.2 Measuring instruments
Construction and use of SLV-3 type ultraviolet x meter.
4.3 Measuring positions
GB18528-
4.3.1 The irradiance of the operator's face, clothing, limbs and other exposed parts should be measured. 4.3.2 When using protective equipment such as protective masks, the irradiance inside and outside the mask should be measured. The specific parts are to measure the irradiance of the tester's eyes and face inside the mask and the outside of the mask. If the tester stands on the left side of the worker, the irradiance of the tester's right eye and face is measured to represent the values of the worker's left eye and face. If the tester stands on the right side of the worker, the operation method is opposite to that on the left side. 4.4 Method for calculating effective irradiance of mixed light sources such as electric welding arc. 4.4.1 This calculation method is applicable to light sources containing different bands (UVA, UVB and UVC). 4.4.2 The main frequencies of electric welding arc are 254 nm, 290 nm and 365 nm, respectively, and their corresponding weighting factors Sx are 0.5, 0.64 and 0.00011 respectively. The specific calculation method is shown in formula (1): E = 0.00011 × Ea + 0.64 × E. - 0.5 X Ec Where: E. is the effective irradiance
E—is the measured UVA irradiance;
Ee——is the measured UVB irradiance; www.bzxz.net
Ec——is the measured UVC irradiance.
