4 Technical requirements
QB/T 1701--1993
4.1 The machine shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 All purchased parts and raw materials shall have the inspection certificate or quality guarantee of the supplier. If there is no certificate or quality guarantee, the manufacturer shall inspect the purchased parts and raw materials, and only qualified ones shall be used. 4.3 When the material is at 4-98℃ and its viscosity is 3~~8Pa·s, the machine shall be able to fill. 4.4 Filling quality error is 3%.
4.5 The noise of the machine shall not be greater than 80dB(A) during normal operation. 4.6 The material shall not leak when each filling valve is in its closed state. The machine shall be equipped with a material barrel level control device. 4.7
The machine should have a locking function that will prevent filling if there is no can under the filling valve. 4.8
The air control device should be sensitive and reliable.
The empty delivery receiving mechanism should ensure that the empty geometric shape remains unchanged. The lubricant in the lubrication system must not contaminate the material. 4.11
Parts in contact with the material should be made of materials that meet food hygiene requirements. The surface of the material barrel should be flat and smooth, without leakage, and the roughness R of the surface in contact with the material should not be greater than 3.2μm. The insulation resistance of the machine should not be less than 2MQ, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 0.3Q. The paint should comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.4. 5 Test method
5.1 The test should be carried out under normal operating conditions of the machine. When the first test result of each test fails, two retests are allowed, and both results of the retest should be qualified, otherwise the test result is unqualified. 5.2 Unless otherwise specified, the working medium shall be used as the test medium for each test. 5.3 Filling quality error
Continuously select a number of cans filled with sauce that is not less than three times the number of filling heads as samples, weigh each can on a balance and record the weight, and then calculate the sample mean value X, mean square error α and filling quality error Gw according to formula (1), formula (2) and formula (3), which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4. 1x
Where: X-
Where: α
Where: Gw-
5.4 Noise
Average mass of the sample, g;
Mass of the i-th can sample, g;
Number of samples.
Sample mean square error, g.
Gw =± 3g
Filling quality error, %.
Use a sound level meter with an accuracy of ±1dB and test in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ50004. It should comply with the provisions of Article 4.5. 5.5 Leakage of material barrels
Use kerosene leakage test: clean the side of the weld that can be inspected, apply white powder slurry, dry it, and apply kerosene on the weld side to allow the surface to be sufficiently wetted. After 30 minutes, if there is no oil on the white powder, it is qualified and should comply with the provisions of Article 4.13. 5.6 Insulation resistance, grounding resistance
QB/T 1701—1993
Between the power terminal and the machine housing, use a 500V megohmmeter with an accuracy of 1.0 to measure the insulation resistance. It should comply with the provisions of Article 4.14; between the grounding terminal and the machine housing, use a digital micro-ohmmeter with an accuracy of ±0.0012 to measure the grounding resistance. It should comply with the provisions of Article 4.14. 5.7 Production capacity
Use a stopwatch with a graduation value of 0.1s to measure the time. The number of cans filled within 1 minute is the production capacity, which should comply with the provisions of Table 1.
5.8 Other project tests are carried out by conventional methods such as visual inspection, listening, hand touch, roughness sample, etc. 6 Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Factory inspection must be carried out before the machine leaves the factory. 6.1.2 Each machine shall be inspected for manufacturing, assembly, appearance, safety and sanitation, etc. according to the product drawings, technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures and the requirements of 4.2, 4.12~4.15. 6.1.3 After each machine is assembled, an idle run test shall be carried out. The test time shall not be less than 2h, and the requirements of 4.8~4.11 shall be inspected during the idle run.
6.1.4 The machine can leave the factory only after passing the inspection, and it must be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the machine. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. a.
Final identification of machine trial production or transfer to factory production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; once every three years during normal production;
When the product is resumed after three years of suspension;
When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. Type inspection should be conducted on machines that have passed the factory inspection, and the inspection items should comply with the provisions of Article 3.3 and Chapter 4. 6.2.2
6.2.3 Sampling rules
Use random sampling method, and select 1 to 2 machines from each batch. 6.2.4 Judgment rules
If the type inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted. If it still fails, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
