JB/T10441 "Corrugated insulating paper for electrical use" is divided into three parts: Part 1: Definitions and general requirements; Part 2: Test methods: Part 3: Technical requirements.
This part is the first part of JB/T 10441. This part modifies and adopts C60554-1 "Specification for fiber paper for electrical use Part 1: Definitions and general requirements" (English version of 1977). The relevant technical differences have been compiled into the text and marked with a vertical single line in the margin of the clauses they involve. The main differences between this part and IEC60554-1 are as follows: - The introduction of EC60554-1 is deleted, and the content of the standard structure in its introduction is incorporated into the preface of this part: - Added a chapter on "Normative Reference Documents"; - Deleted the clauses of [EC60554-1 that are not related to electrical crepe paper - Added the definition of electrical crepe paper; The code is compiled according to the requirements of JB/T2197 "Classification, naming and model compilation method of electrical insulating materials products", and refers to the code of EC60554-1 and the scope of EC60554-3: - Specificize the "supply conditions" of IEC60554-1: Some contents of IEC60554-3-3 are incorporated into this part. This part is proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Insulating Materials. This part of JB/T10441 specifies the definitions and general requirements of corrugated insulating paper for electrical use. This part applies to corrugated insulating paper for electrical use. 2 Normative references

All subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions of dated references are not applicable to this part. The following terms and definitions apply to this part. 3.1
Crepe insulating paper for electrical purposes is a crepe paper made of insulating kraft paper as the base material and processed by creping. There are two types: one is a hard crepe insulating paper with poor absorption made of low (L) or medium (M) air permeability insulating kraft paper as the base material; the other is a soft porous crepe insulating paper made of high (H) air permeability insulating kraft paper as the base material.
Insulating kraft paper is a type of paper made entirely of softwood pulp obtained by the sulfate process. 3.3

The average air flow rate passing through a unit area of a sample per unit time under the unit pressure difference between the two sides of the paper under specified test conditions. 3.6

Electrical corrugated insulating paper is determined by the fiber product requirements in JB/T2197 and the characteristics of the base material used. Classifications specified in JB/T2197-1996 standard The preferred nominal values of elongation at break in the above examples are 20%, 30%, 50%, 80%, 120%, 200% and 300%: coarse, medium and fine indicate the number of wrinkles: "fine" means more than 12 per 10mm; "medium" means 8 to 12 per 10mm; "coarse" means less than 8 per 10mm: The recommended nominal thickness is 0.25mm, 0.30mm, 0.36mm, etc. 5 General requirements
5.1 Appearance
Electrical corrugated paper is a roll paper. Any delivery of corrugated insulation paper should be tightly rolled (but the corrugated paper should not be stretched and deformed), with smooth ends, even wrinkles, easy to unroll, no adhesion, and no creases, damage, stains, pinholes, water marks, pulp blocks, impurities, etc. 5.2 Paper roll
The outer diameter or weight of each piece of corrugated insulation paper shall be specified in Part 3 of this standard or negotiated by the supply and demand parties. Corrugated insulation paper should be wound on the tube core. The paper roll size, tube core requirements, and the number of paper sections should be specified in Part 3 of this standard or in the supply and demand contract. 5.3 Tube core
Corrugated insulation paper should be wound on a hard tube core, and the tube core size is specified in Part 3 of this standard. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Corrugated insulation paper shall be subject to factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 The type inspection items are all the items specified in Part 3 of this standard, and shall be carried out at least once every three months. When the raw materials or process conditions are changed, type inspection should also be carried out. 2

6.3 The batch basis, single sample method and factory inspection items of products are specified in Part 3 of this standard. Each batch of corrugated insulation paper shall be subject to factory inspection, and the products can be shipped only after passing the inspection
6.4 When any of the inspection results does not meet the performance requirements, one group shall be taken from each of the other two rolls of the batch of products and the test shall be repeated. If one group still does not meet the requirements, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 6.5 The user unit may conduct acceptance inspection according to all or part of the items specified in Part 3 of this standard. 7 Packaging, marking, transportation and storagewwW.bzxz.Net
7.1 Packaging
Corrugated insulation paper rolls shall be packaged with moisture-proof paper or plastic film, covered with plastic bags on the outside, sealed and packed in packaging boxes, and attached with product certificates.
7.2 Marking
The packaging box of corrugated insulation paper shall be clearly and firmly marked with the manufacturer's name and product name, code, batch number, net weight, gross weight, production date, and moisture-proof, fire-proof, heat-proof, vibration-proof and other marks. 7.3 Storage
Corrugated insulation paper shall be stored in a dry and clean room and shall not be placed near fire or heat sources or exposed to direct sunlight. The storage period of corrugated insulation paper is specified in Part 3 of this standard. Products that have exceeded the storage period can still be used after inspection and are qualified. 7.4 Transportation
