Summary:
This standard specifies the required sanitary protection distance between rubber factories and residential areas. This standard applies to new rubber factories located in plains and hilly areas, as well as the expansion and reconstruction of existing rubber factories. Existing rubber factories can refer to it for implementation. The sanitary protection distance in areas with complex terrain conditions should be determined jointly by the competent department of the construction unit and the health and environmental protection authorities of the municipality or autonomous region where the construction project is located based on the odor measurement and evaluation report. All technical contents of this standard are mandatory. The standard for the sanitary protection distance of industrial enterprises is a comprehensive standard involving construction planning, general layout of industrial construction, environmental sanitation and sanitary engineering. Its purpose is to ensure that the pollutants generated by national key industrial enterprises after the project is put into production will not affect the health of people in residential areas. This standard aims at the characteristics of various harmful factors, finds out the occurrence, diffusion, dilution, attenuation and degradation characteristics of harmful factors, and then determines the allowable emission intensity of industrial enterprises according to the best practical technical principle, that is, according to the treatment measures and maintenance management measures that can be achieved at my country's current economic level, and finally selects the appropriate pollution diffusion model and corresponding parameters to determine the required sanitary protection distance. This standard will be implemented from January 1, 2001. This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China, and the responsible drafting units of this standard are: Sichuan Provincial Health and Prevention Station, Institute of Environmental Sanitation and Sanitary Engineering, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Chengdu Health and Epidemic Prevention Station.
The main drafters of this standard are: Fu Wenzhao, Hu Shixin, Song Yikuan, and Xuchuan. This standard is interpreted by the Institute of Environmental Health Monitoring, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, entrusted by the Ministry of Health. 250

Health protectinn zone standard for making glue plant This standard specifies the required health protection zone between glue plants (bone glue, gelatin, hide glue) and residential areas. GB18079-2000
This standard is applicable to new glue plants located in plains and hilly areas and the expansion and reconstruction of existing glue plants. Existing glue plants can refer to it. The health protection zone in areas with complex terrain conditions should be determined jointly by the competent department of the construction unit and the health and environmental protection departments of the province, municipality or autonomous region where the construction project is located based on the odor measurement and evaluation report. 2 Definitionbzxz.net
This standard adopts the following definitions.
2.1 Health protection distance hcalth proicctinn zancThe minimum distance from the boundary of the department (workshop or section) producing harmful dust to the boundary of the housing area, 3 Standard content
The protection distance of the rubber factory is stipulated according to the average wind speed in the area in the past five years, as shown in Table 1, Table]
Production scale
The average wind speed in the area in the past five years, m/s
3.2 This standard also stipulates that the location of the rubber factory and the residential area should take into account the influence of factors such as wind direction frequency and terrain to minimize its pollution to the atmospheric environment of the residential area.
Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on April 10, 2000 and implemented on January 1, 2001
