This standard specifies the structural type, numbering method, overall dimensions and requirements for cross-jointed universal joint roller bearings for heavy-duty conveyors and other types of machinery. 7.1 The tolerance of the overall inner diameter of the roller shall be checked by a gauge or instrument. 7.2 The measurement of external tolerances shall be in accordance with the provisions of 0R/307.2-1995. 7.3 The measurement of the width tolerance from the inner side of the convex dial to the inner bottom shall be in accordance with the provisions of the manufacturer. 7.4 The roughness of the table shall be in accordance with the provisions of BT70511993. 7.5 The inspection and control regulations of bearings shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB8921.-1999. The sample shall be inspected according to the level I, the AQL value of the seven items is 1.5, the frequency is 4.0, and the detailed inspection items shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 5. 5
