The delivery quantity is considered as one batch, and each product shall be accompanied by a certificate of inspection. 6.2 The purchaser has the right to conduct acceptance according to the provisions of this standard. During the acceptance inspection, the outer packaging should be checked first, and then samples should be taken from it for inspection.
6.3 If the purchaser has any objection to the quality of the product, it shall notify the supplier in writing within three months after the arrival of the goods. The two parties shall jointly or entrust a third party to conduct sampling inspection. If the inspection result is judged to be unqualified, the supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve the problem. 6.4 The delivery sampling inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. The sample unit is the roll. The delivery sampling item grouping, inspection level, sampling plan and qualified quality level (AQL) shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. Appendix A
Tensile Energy Absorption (TEA) Test Method
(Supplement)
Paper produces stress-strain effect when subjected to external force, and its strain effect is a functional relationship with the force, that is, F=f(X). Under the action of f(X) force, a strain of △X is generated, and the work done by its stress-strain is f(X)·△X. When the external force gradually increases and exceeds the strain limit, the paper breaks, and the sum of the work done by stress-strain is the tensile energy absorption value of the sample. A2 Method
A2.1 As an arbitration test, the determination should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T12914. A2.2 When the manufacturer lacks instruments, the pendulum-type paper tensile strength tester can be used to measure the tensile force and elongation for conversion. The test steps are carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T453.
A3 Calculation
A3.1 The results can be read directly from the digital display screen when the constant rate of elongation tensile strength tester is used for determination. A3.2 The pendulum type paper tensile strength tester is used for determination. The conversion formula is as follows: IB~K·FL
TE A(J/m2)=
Where: E
The area equivalent work between the tensile elongation curve and the elongation axis; Conversion coefficient, longitudinal: 0.64, transverse: 0.74; tensile strength, N/m;
elongation;
effective length of paper strip, m;
width of paper strip, m.
Calculate the result to three significant figures. Appendix B
Inspection method for internal paper defects of rollwwW.bzxz.Net
(Supplement)
B1 Internal paper defects of roll
refers to the appearance paper defects that affect the performance, such as holes, severe see-through, dead folds, pulp lumps with a diameter of more than 10mm, etc. B2 Inspection method
Remove the outer 5 layers of the roll, cut off 5 layers, cut into 200mm×250mm paper pieces, weigh the paper pieces together, and then select and weigh the weight of the paper pieces with paper defects.
B3 Calculation
Calculate the percentage of the weight of paper sheets with paper defects to the weight of all paper sheets, and the calculation result shall be accurate to one decimal place. 280
