The metal rectangular saddle ring filler has a ring-shaped saddle structure composed of a ring and a saddle, with a tongue-shaped rib inside, as shown in Figure 3.2.1.

4.0.1 The materials should be selected in accordance with the technical requirements specified in GB3280. 4.0.2 The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of the selected stainless steel plates and steel strips shall be implemented in accordance with the B-level accuracy specified in GB708.
4.0.3 The selected materials shall have quality inspection certificates, certificates of conformity, and test reports, and shall be sampled and inspected regularly. Materials without the above certificates shall be subject to quality analysis and inspection. 53
5 Manufacturing requirements
5.0.1 The stainless steel rectangular saddle ring packing is composed of two curves, the upper arc is an elliptical curve, and the lower arc is a semicircular curve. The specific structural dimensions are shown in Figure 5.0.1 and Table 5.0.1. E

Stamping processing accuracy should be in accordance with the IT15 grade accuracy in GB1804 standard and the B grade accuracy in GB1184 standard.
5.0.3 The surface of the finished saddle ring packing should be smooth, without rust marks, cracks, and burrs on the edge. 55
6·Inspection and acceptance
Acceptance rules
6.1.1 The packing should be accepted in batches. One size of packing can be regarded as a batch. The batches are shown in Table 6.1.1. When the production volume of a packing of a certain size is less than the batch value specified in Table 6.1.1, the production volume of a certain size can be considered as a batch.

6.1.2 The number of samples sampled for inspection in each batch of packing shall not be less than 60. 6.1.3 If the number of samples with appearance dimensions exceeding 5% of the sampling volume does not meet the requirements of this standard, the number of samples sampled from the same batch of products shall be doubled and retested. The results of the repeated tests shall also apply to the batch of products. If the unqualified rate of the retested samples is still greater than 5% of the sampling volume, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 6.2 Inspection method
6.2.1 The inner arc spacing, outer arc spacing, width, height and wall thickness of the packing shall be measured with a vernier caliper, and each inspection item of each sample shall not be less than 2 inspection points. The measured values shall be in accordance with the requirements of Table 3.2.3. 6.2.2 When the shape and size of the packing changes, it is necessary to conduct tests on the packing characteristics, fluid mechanics and mass transfer performance. 56
7 Marking, packaging and storage and transportation
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The packing box should contain a product certificate, which should indicate the product name, specifications and dimensions, inspection results, inspection date, production date, manufacturer name, and be stamped with the quality inspection seal and inspector seal. 7.1.2 The outer packaging of the product should indicate the product name, specifications, packing quality (or quantity), manufacturer, consignee and destination, and indicate moisture-proof, anti-heavy pressure and other marks. 7.2 Packaging
The packaging should be made of dry boxes or other materials, lined with moisture-proof materials. 7.2.1
The packaging box must be strong enough to ensure that it is intact during handling and loading and unloading. 7.3 Transportation and storage
7.3.1- The product should be protected from moisture and rain during transportation. 7.3.2 The product should be kept dry and corrosion-free during storage, and the inner packaging should be kept intact. 57
