Summary:

This standard specifies the principle and analytical steps for the determination of boron in uranium hexafluoride. When the sample volume is 50 mg uranium, the determination range of boron is 0.5 to 8.0 μg/g uranium. This standard is applicable to the determination of boron in uranium hexafluoride with a silicon content of less than 200 μg/g uranium.
