4.2 The surface of the metal shell of the junction box should be clean, free of burrs, rust and other phenomena, the paint film must be flat and smooth, the color must be uniform, the paint layer must be firm, and its main surface should not have obvious flow marks and other defects; the surface of the nylon shell should be flat and shiny, without cracks, bubbles, swelling and other phenomena, 4.3 The nylon shell and insulating parts of the junction box should be made of durable, flame-retardant, moisture-resistant and mildew-resistant materials, and toxic materials and materials that can release toxic gases should be avoided as much as possible; the metal shell should be made of cast copper and aluminum alloy. Metal parts should have a reliable protective layer. 4.4 The junction box should have reliable grounding measures, and the grounding point should have a grounding mark. Except for nylon shells, M4 grounding screws should be set at the installation feet of the shell.

4.7 Under rated voltage and rated current, the temperature rise limit of the terminal of the junction box is 40K, and the hot insulation resistance is not less than the value in Table 3.

4.8 The electrical clearance between the terminal of the junction box and between the terminal and the shell should be not less than 8mm, and the creepage distance should be not less than 14mm.
4.9 The junction box and its fasteners should have measures to prevent them from loosening due to vibration. 5 Test methods
5.1 General inspection
Visual inspection of the junction box's appearance, structural markings, etc. shall comply with the requirements of Articles 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4 of this standard. 5.2 Dielectric strength test
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB998 and in accordance with the requirements of Article 5.5 of this standard. 5.3 Insulation resistance measurement
Measure the insulation resistance between live parts and between live parts and metal casing with a DC megohmmeter of the grade listed in Table 3. It shall not be less than 100Mn.
5.4 High temperature test
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the method of CB1146.3.
Severity degree + + 70℃. The time shall not be less than 0.5h. During the test, the product shall be able to work normally. After the test, the casing and other insulating parts shall not have defects such as deformation, cracking and fading. 5.5 Wet heat test
The test is carried out according to CB1146.5 method. After two cycles of testing at 55℃, it is restored under normal atmospheric conditions and the main performance test is completed within 2 hours. After treatment, it should meet the following requirements: a. Reliable operation;
Insulation resistance is not less than the value specified in Table 3; b.
The total area of ​​the corrosion surface of the electroplated coating of the electroplated parts does not exceed 25%, and the main metal of the parts should not have rust spots; c.
Painted parts are allowed to have slight gloss loss, discoloration, a small number of pinholes and other defects, and bubbles with a diameter greater than 1mm are not allowed. The adhesion of the paint film is d.

Insulating materials and rubber and plastic parts shall not have defects such as deformation, stickiness, and cracking. 5.6 Low temperature test
The test is carried out according to CB1146.2 method.
Harshness -25℃, time not less than 0.5h. The product should be able to work normally during the test, and the shell and other insulating parts should not have defects such as deformation, cracking and fading after the test. 5.7 Shell protection test
The test is carried out according to the IP56 method in GB4208. 5.8
3 Temperature rise test
The test is carried out according to the GB998 method, and the temperature rise measured by the thermocouple method should meet the requirements of Article 4.7 of this standard, 5.9 Vibration test
The test is carried out according to the CB1146.9 method. When the frequency is 2~10Hz, the displacement is ±1mm. When the frequency is 10~80Hz, the acceleration is ±4m/s\. The junction box is scanned 1~3 times at 1 times the frequency/min to check whether there is resonance, and then a 2h endurance vibration is performed at the maximum resonance point. If there is no obvious resonance point, a 2h endurance vibration is performed at 30Hz. The junction box is carried out in three axial directions (vertical, horizontal, and longitudinal) in turn, and resonance with a magnification of more than 5 times is not allowed. After the test, the product fasteners should not be loose and can work normally. 5.10 Alternating salt spray test
The test is carried out according to the CB1146.13 method. After 28d, it should meet the requirements of Table 5. 5

6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3 of this standard. 6.1.2 Factory inspection sampling rules: Each batch of junction boxes shall be inspected according to the sampling table in Table 6. If the number of unqualified samples is equal to or less than Ael, the product can pass. If the number of unqualified samples is equal to or greater than R, it will not pass. If the number of unqualified samples is greater than Aal and less than Re, n2 (i.e. equal to n) samples shall be taken for inspection. If the total number of unqualified samples in the two previous and subsequent inspections is equal to or less than Ac2, the batch of products can pass the factory sampling inspection. Single product shall be packed in a cardboard box, each box shall contain a product certificate, and the packaging box for export shall have reliable moisture-proof and dust-proof measures. 7.3 The packaged junction box can be transported by any means of transportation under the direct exposure of rain and snow. 7.4 The junction box shall be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. 7.5 The warranty period of the junction box is 2 years from the date of manufacture.
