In order to implement the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste" and strengthen the supervision and management of solid waste storage and disposal sites, this document is formulated standard.
This standard will be implemented from July 1, 1996. This standard is proposed by the Science and Technology Standards Department of the National Environmental Protection Administration.
