GB/T4852—2002
This standard adopts Part 12 of 11S23237:1914 "Test methods for initial adhesion of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes" and Part 4 "Test methods for initial adhesion of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes by rolling ball" as reference. The main technical difference of this standard S7837:191 part 13 is as follows: this standard adds only 22 kinds of test steel balls. Compared with the test steel for light use in part 12 of SZ62371991, two shafts with nominal diameters of .06 and .06 are missing. This is because there has been no steel ball of this size in the deep steel system for rollers in my country.
This standard is different from the previous one, with the following main technical differences: 1): Add "Decision E": The name of this standard is changed from the previous one before the revision to the previous one (the inclined surface dissolving ball method is changed to the initial adhesion test method "off-ball method"). (>) is the general condition of method A. The lower standard is 0\, but 2U or can be used under certain circumstances. The previous standard did not clearly stipulate the material stability under special circumstances: (3) The number of rolling traces in method A is 29 after the revision. This standard will be effective from the date of implementation. .At the same time, it replaces GB/T182-1984. This standard is issued by China Non-Fluorous Chemical Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Adhesive Standardization Technical Committee. This standard is initiated by Shanghai General Administration of Pressurized Products Co., Ltd., and the main drafter of this standard is Zhang Wen. It was published on 1584.

3 Definition
This standard adopts the following definitions:
Adhesion 1k
When a small amount of tension occurs between an object and a tape, the adhesion of the tape to the object is called initial adhesion. 4 Principle
Roll a copper ball over the adhesive surface of a flat plate, and evaluate the initial adhesion based on the actual length of the ball that can be generated on the adhesive surface: or roll a ball of a specified size over an inclined plate, and measure the separation of the tape on the flat plate to evaluate the initial adhesion.
5 Test records
5 1 Unless otherwise specified, the normal test temperature is 23°C: 1 2°C. The sensitivity is 0.1-13%. 5.2 Before preparing the sample, the adhesive tape should be concealed from the packing material. 1F. Do not place more than 25 pieces under the conditions of 3.1. 6. For the adhesive tape with high resistance, after collecting the sample, place it until the material is restored to the original state before testing. 6. Square A test piece: width 1~2mm length 25m or more: Test quantity: not less than 4 pieces, square B test piece: 25mr, frequency 10c mrr. F. The test piece should not be less than 1 piece.
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China approved on May 79, 2002, 2012-12-(1) Implemented the method of inclined plane ball pulling method. 1 Inspection and testing GB/T 4852-2902 7.1.1 The material surface rolling ball device consists of a material plate with an inclination of 20\, 0.46 and its connection structure or as shown in Figure 1, each of which is divided into the following: Properties (Determination) 7.1.3.1 Average inclination Figure 1 Viscous test bone (material surface loading: After the false inclination, the light chain quality level is used to protect the glass calcium, gold disease position, original release, Chu rod pole, etc.) 7.1.1. 2. The paint is passed through a 10mm thick film with a thickness of 25um. It is pasted on the test river at the specified position. The work roll is $100 m. 1. 1. 30 The measuring section is measured from the lower end of the auxiliary rolling section and is 1m long. 7.1.2 The rolling ball is made of the following specifications: 7.1.2.1 The material is GC11> axis steel. The accuracy of the copper ball shape, surface and bottom is 40% of the grade specified in GT1/303. 1.2.2 The ball number and the corresponding nominal diameter of the rolling ball are shown in Table 1. 7.2.1 Place the rolling device horizontally on the test bench, and wait for the slope to be 3℃. The test piece should be 2% and 4m
7.2.2 Use positioning adhesive tape or weight (with a mass of 0g) at the lower end of the test piece, and fix the test piece in the designated position by gluing it. Use polyester support to stick the rolling section to the specified position of the test piece. When sticking the film, do not allow bubbles to form. 2
GA/T4852-2002
Don't change the design, and don't draw a large force. When fixing the test piece, do not allow it to bend or lift. If it lifts at the edge, use the other general adhesive to fix the test piece on the inclined surface. 7.2.3 To make the length of the moving rolling section set to 100m, adjust the center of the rolling section to the starting position of the ball as shown in Figure 1.
7.2,4 Take out the ball stored in the rusty part with a forge, clean it according to the test rolling ball method described in 7.2.5, and after cleaning, place it on the cloth and let the rolling section roll down: 7.2.5 The surface of the test rolling ball is cleaned with degreased gauze. After the surface is cleaned, wipe it with a new clean cloth, and wipe it for more than three times. It is considered to be clean after inspection. Note: 1) Use the most active sand and short fibers, such as silk and other fabrics, and do not contain compliant agents. 2) Use environmentally friendly agents such as light, pure, isocyanate, and isocyanate. Use industrial brand agents with zero or no residual agents. 7.7.6 Pre-speed
to ensure the starting position of the throw, use balls of different sizes, heavy balls, sinking, rolling, etc. A series of operations. From the balls that stop in the measurement section and reach the maximum (the largest) ball, select the largest ball found in the same film and set the ball number and the size of the two adjacent balls. Test once on each sample to ensure the maximum ball number. Before the maximum ball jumps out, if the ball is not smooth, it can be judged on the same test piece, but it cannot be used as a formal test number. 7.2.7 Test method
Take three test bars, use a large ball number valve ball to perform a rolling ball test on each test sample. If the test sample cannot meet the requirements, it is necessary to test it according to the steps of 7.2.6.2.7. 7.3 Test results
The median number of the three test results of the formal test (ball number: indicates. 8 Method B inclined ball method

8.1.2.1 The material shall be determined according to 7.1.2.1.
8.1.2.2 The ball size shall be as specified in 7.1.2.2. The ball shall be a No. 11 steel ball. 8.2 Test method
2-1 Before the test, the test device and the steel ball shall be cleaned in accordance with the method in 7.2.5. After that, they shall not be touched with fingers.
8.2.2 The test piece shall be placed on a flat surface (glass, metal, rice board, plastic board, etc.) with adhesive tape. When fixing the tile, do not let the test piece rise, rise or bend. When the test edge tilts, use another adhesive tape to fix the part on the test surface: www.bzxz.net
8.2.3 As shown in Figure 2, place the material ball horizontally on the test table fixed on the test piece. 8.2.4 Place the ball at the specified starting position, use the control rod to make the ball roll down, and measure the distance when the ball stops moving. The distance is the distance from the end of the tilt to the center point of the adhesive tape when the ball stops. 8.3 Test results
The test results are expressed as the arithmetic mean of the distances when the ball stops rolling on a test piece. 3
