This standard specifies the technical requirements for the operation safety of the whole machine, threshing, separation, cleaning, conveying device and other related operations of compound and semi-complex thresher.
This standard is applicable to the operation safety technical inspection of compound and semi-complex thresher (hereinafter referred to as thresher). 2 Reference standards
GB10395.1 Safety technical requirements for agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery Part I: General provisions GB10396 Safety signs for agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery 3 Complete machine
3.1 The signs, numbers and markings are complete and the handwriting is clear; the number plate is intact and placed in the specified position. 3.2 The whole machine is complete, solid and in good condition, without wrong installation, cracks, desoldering and serious rust. The maximum deformation of the machine wall, cover shell, etc. shall not affect the working performance of the thresher, and there shall be no collision, abnormal noise and abnormal vibration during operation. 3.3 The strength grade of the bolt pair bearing the load: the bolt shall not be less than grade 8.8, and the nut shall not be less than grade 8. 3.4 All sprockets or pulleys driven by the same chain or transmission belt (group) shall rotate on the same plane. 3.5 Turn each transmission part by hand without stagnation; each rotating shaft shall not move. The bearings are tightened, well lubricated, the radial clearance is not exceeded, and the temperature does not exceed 60℃ when running at the maximum speed for 30 minutes. 3.6 The adjustment mechanism shall be freely adjusted within the specified range and can be reliably fixed in the required position. 3.7 For rollers and rotating parts with a speed exceeding 400r/min and a mass greater than 5kg, the static balance should be checked so that they can stop at any position. 3.8 Except for conveyor belts with very slow speeds, which are not required to be protected if it is confirmed that there will be no danger, other exposed shaft heads, pulleys, gears, sprockets, belts, chains, etc. should have protective devices. The protective devices should comply with the provisions of GB10395.1. 3.9 Grass blocking devices must be installed between the ends and side walls of rotating parts such as feeding wheels, rollers, and draft-removing wheels to prevent fire. 3.10 All parts must not be modified in a way that hinders operation or affects safety. 3.11 Parts that are dangerous to operators should have eye-catching permanent safety warnings and turn signs. The safety signs should comply with the provisions of GB10396.
3.12 The entire machine is free of any sharp protrusions that can cause injury. 3.13 The noise limit is not greater than 90dB(A). Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on January 12, 199630

4 Threshing device

4.1 The height wear of the convex pattern of the rib rod shall not exceed 3.5mm, the number of ribs with continuous damage shall not exceed 5, the height reduction of the damaged part shall not exceed 2.5mm, and the burrs and protrusions on the wound shall be removed. 4.2 After the A-type rib rod is assembled, the head of the bolt shall not be higher than the rib, the nut shall be tightened, the anti-loosening measures shall be reliable, and the tightening torque of M12 is 90±20N·m.
4.3 The spike teeth of the spike-toothed and axial-flow rollers shall not be damaged, deformed, worn beyond the limit, installed in the opposite direction, with equal tooth gaps, installed firmly, and the anti-loosening measures shall be reliable.
4.4 The teeth of the bow-tooth roller are complete, undamaged, firmly fixed, and the type and position are not wrong. 4.5 The roller shaft has no cracks, no bending, and no axial movement. 4.6 The roller is fixed reliably on the shaft, the gap between it and the two side walls of the frame is uniform, it rotates flexibly, and there is no jamming or collision. 4.7
The screen surface of the woven screen concave plate is not deformed, the steel wire is not broken or warped, and the screen holes are of uniform size. 4.8 The horizontal grid plate and steel wire of the grid type concave plate are not deformed, the working surface wear is not exceeded, and the steel wire is complete and intact. 4.9 The concave plate is fixed reliably, the adjustment mechanism is flexible and effective, and the threshing gap meets the requirements of the threshed crops. 5 Separation device
5.1 The connection between the threshing wheel and the shaft should be reliable, the rotation should be flexible, and the blades or spikes should not be installed upside down or deformed. 5.2 The key box of the key type walker is flat and not deformed, the step pieces on both sides are not skewed, the screen surface is intact, the fish scales or shell holes are consistent in opening, the key box and the front and rear brackets are firmly riveted, and the side walls of the key box and the bracket, and the key box and the bracket and the side walls of the machine body shall not rub against each other. 5.3 The center lines of the front and rear crankshafts should be parallel. Under the condition that the bolts are completely tightened, the clearance between the crankshaft wood bearings is appropriate. After 5 minutes of transmission, there is no abnormal temperature rise in the journal.
5.4 Platform type walker, the separation platform is flat and intact, the shell hole opening is consistent, and the left and right swing rod lengths are adjusted to be consistent. 6 Cleaning and selection quantity
6.1 The fan casing and blades are not deformed, and the connection between the spoke frame and the shaft is reliable; the impeller rotates flexibly without rubbing, and the static balance must be checked after replacing parts. The air volume and wind direction adjustment device is easy to move and fixed reliably, and the air guide plate is straight and not deformed. 6.2 The screen box is not broken, the length of the left and right suspension rods is consistent, the hinges are not loose, and there is no friction with the side wall during operation. 6.3 The screen frame has a solid structure, the screen frame is easy to disassemble and assemble in the slide seat, and is reliably fixed. 6.4 The opening of the fish scale screen is consistent. When the adjustment handle is in the minimum position, all the screens are closed, and the local screens are allowed to open 3mm. The woven screen is firmly fixed to the screen frame, the screen surface steel wire is continuous and not warped, and the screen hole size is consistent; the perforated screen and shell screen are flat and firmly fixed to the screen frame; the screen surface partition is complete without bending or skewing. 6.5 The comb screen steel wire is not damaged, the spacing is consistent, the screen surface is flat, and the opening, inclination and baffle of the extended screen are flexible to adjust. 6.6 The grain shaking plate is complete and has no cracks, and the finger screen at the rear is complete, not deformed, and reliably fixed. 7 Conveying device
7.1 The main and passive wheel shafts of the feeding conveyor should be parallel to each other and rotate flexibly; the tensioning mechanism should be easy to adjust. 7.2 The blades of the unbundling device are complete, firmly riveted to the blade rod, with sharp edges, the number and length of notches do not affect the unbundling operation, the uniform distribution key and speed changer parts are complete, the operation is flexible and the function is reliable; the clearance of the crankshaft wood bearing is checked in the same way as in 5.3. 7.3 The speed regulator parts of the feeding conveyor are complete, the flying ball, sliding sleeve and lever are flexible, and the torque of the safety clutch is properly adjusted. 7.4 The clamping conveyor chain of the semi-feeding thresher is complete, flexible in rotation, and the clamping mechanism is easy to adjust. 7.5 The chain conveying device has a chain pitch that does not exceed the limit, the wood strips have no obvious cracks or deformation, and are firmly riveted. When installing the hook chain, the opening should be outward and the hook should face the direction of movement.
7.6 The spiral conveyor rotates flexibly, the blades are not deformed or cracked, the welding is reliable, the spacing is equal, and the shaft is not bent; the gap between the blade and the shell is 6~31

7.7 The main and driven shafts of the scraper and bucket elevators are parallel to each other and rotate flexibly. The scrapers and bucket elevators are intact, and the connection with the conveying chain and belt is reliable, and the tensioning and adjustment are convenient.
7.8 The impeller of the winnowing device or chaff conveying fan is fixed reliably, and the blades are not deformed. The static balance should be checked after repair. The conveying pipeline is not deformed, and all parts are well sealed.
8 Frame and walking device
8.1 The difference in diagonal length between the horizontal and vertical planes of the frame is not greater than 0.2% of its basic diagonal size. 8.2 The traction tripod, crossbeam, and turntable main shaft are not deformed; the turntable rotates flexibly and is well lubricated. 8.3 The auxiliary facilities such as ladders, handrails, pedals, safety frames, and covers are complete, and the welding is firm and reliable. 8.4 The walking wheel rotates flexibly, the axle is not bent, and the rim and spokes are not deformed.
