This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ring groove nails and spiral groove nails. This standard applies to ring groove and spiral groove nails. Reference standards
Technical requirements
General purpose low carbon steel wire
Fastener acceptance inspection, marking and packaging
Material and surface treatment are shown in Table 1.
3.2 The nail tip type and code are as follows:
Rhombus tip
-A type; conical tip
3.3 The nail tip angle α is shown in the figure.

3.6 The nail head and other surfaces are not allowed to have surface defects such as cracks, flash, floating rust and bumps that affect use. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on July 15, 1992 and implemented on January 1, 1993

4.1 Dimensions
Check with special calipers or universal measuring tools, roundness

Measure 4 or more diameters of the circumference of the head of the measured piece with an outside micrometer, and 1/2 of the difference between the maximum and minimum values is the measured value.
Coaxiality
Use a 0.02mm caliper to first measure the minimum distance between the main line of the nail rod and the outer circle of the nail head, and then measure the distance value of the relative aspect. 4.4 Straightness
Measure with an inspection platform and a feeler gauge.
4.5 Surface quality
Visual inspection.
Inspection rules
Inspection rules are in accordance with the provisions of GB90. Among them, the main size items and qualified quality levels are: a. Diameter specification d qualified quality level AQL=1.5; b Top diameter d, qualified quality level AQL=4.0; All other size items qualified quality level AQL=4.0. c.
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage are in accordance with the provisions of GB90. Additional remarks:
