Tolerance and Fit Limit Deviation of Dimensions Without Tolerance Note Technical Conditions for Ductile Iron Parts of General Valves
Parallel handwheels are divided into four structural types: A, B, C and D. 3.1 The structural types of type A, type B and type C are shown in Figure 1; the dimensions are as specified in Table 1. 3.2D type structure is shown in Figure 2; dimensions are in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry approved JB/T 1693 - 1991 on July 23, 1991 to replace JB1693-75. Implementation on July 1, 1992. JB/T1693-1991. JB/T1693-1991. JB/T1693-1991. JB/T 1693 - 1991. 4 Technical requirements. 4.1 The material is QT400-17, and the technical requirements are in accordance with the provisions of GB12227. 4.2 The casting fillet is R1.5~5mm if not specified. 4.3 The surface should be flat and smooth, without burrs and sharp edges. 4.4 The axis of the handwheel hole should be perpendicular to the machined end face of the hub. 4.5 The tolerance grade of dimensions without tolerances shall be IT14 as specified in GB1804. 115
4.6 Except for D, H, S, d, and M dimensions in this standard, the remaining dimensions are reference dimensions. Additional remarks:

4 Technical requirements

4.1 The material is QT400-17, and the technical requirements are in accordance with the provisions of GB12227. 4.2 The casting fillet is R1.5~5mm if not specified. 4.3 The surface should be flat and smooth, and there should be no burrs or sharp edges. 4.4 The axis of the handwheel hole should be perpendicular to the machined end face of the hub. 4.5 The tolerance grade of the unspecified tolerance size is IT14 as specified in GB1804. Except for D, H, S, d, and M dimensions in this standard, the remaining dimensions are reference dimensions. 4.6
