5.1 The raw materials of propylene resin shall meet the requirements of injection molding grade resin performance in GB12670. 5.2 The surface of the filler shall not have bubbles, impurities and coking fracture phenomena, the edge shall be smooth without burrs, and the hole shall be clear. 5.3 The size deviation of the filler shall meet the requirements of Table 1. 5.4 The mechanical properties of the filler shall meet the requirements of Table 2. 2
6 Test methods

The performance of propylene resin is a must-check item and should be inspected or accepted according to the regulations of 5.1. Materials that do not meet the requirements shall not be used. 6:2 Appearance||tt| |Appearance quality is checked by visual inspection.
6.3 Dimensions
Dimensional deviations are measured by a vernier caliper with an accuracy of not less than 0.02mm. Each dimension of the filler shall not be less than two measuring points, and the arithmetic mean is taken.
6.4 Mechanical properties
The chain drop impact test is carried out according to the method specified in ZBG91004, and the force form of the sample is shown in Figure 2. The compression test is carried out according to the method specified in ZBG91005, and the force form of the sample is shown in Figure 2. Figure 2

7.1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.1.1 Factory inspection
Each batch of fillers must pass the inspection before it can be shipped. The items for strict factory inspection are 5 of this standard. 2.5.3 Items specified. 3

7.1.2.1 Type inspection should generally be carried out in any of the following circumstances: a) When the product is put into production;
b) After normal production, if there are major changes in the product structure, process, or material, which may affect the product performance; c) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; d) When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result; e) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 7.1.2.2 Product type inspection is carried out once a year, and the inspection items are all the items specified in Chapter 5 of this standard. 7.2 Sampling and judgment rules
7.2.1 Batching and sampling
The same specification of fillers produced in the same shift and under the same process conditions are regarded as a batch, and 50 samples are randomly selected from each batch of fillers. 7.2.2 Judgment rules
If any item does not meet the requirements, the same number of specimens in the 7.2, 2.1 compression strength and drop weight impact strength tests shall be taken from the same batch of products, and the performance shall be retested, and the retest results shall be taken as the final results. 7.2.2.2 In the appearance quality and outer size inspection, if they are unqualified, retest shall be carried out, and the retest results shall be taken as the final results.
