1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
JB/T 7700.1—95
This standard specifies the basic structure, groove size, technical requirements, measurement and test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of sheet metal spinning V-belt pulleys.
This standard applies to auxiliary equipment driven by internal combustion engines such as automobiles and tractors, such as cooling fans, generators, water pumps, air conditioners, compressors, power steering pumps, etc., as well as V-belt pulleys for transmission of equipment such as machine tools, agricultural machinery, household appliances, and household machinery. 2 Reference Standards

3.1 Basic Structural Types

Direct installation using the pulley spoke, positioning with the center hole, and axially fastened with bolts (Figure 2a); In order to strengthen the rigidity of the pulley spoke plate, a reinforcing rib is pressed out on the spoke plate or a reinforcing bushing is welded (Figure 2b, c, d); a supporting flange is pressed out on the rim (Figure 2e); a machined sleeve with a keyway is welded on the spoke plate (Figure 2f); a mounting structure with a bearing (Figure 2g); a split structure (Figure 2h).

4 Technical requirements
JB/T 7700.1—95
4.1 Products shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the relevant prescribed procedures. 4.2 Materials
08F or 08AL deep-drawn cold-rolled steel plates shall be selected, and their mechanical properties shall comply with the relevant standards. 4.3 Surface roughness of wheel groove R.≤3.2um. 4.4 The oblique circular runout of the wheel groove side to the reference positioning hole (installation support surface) should not exceed 0.35mm. 4.5 The angle between the center line of the wheel groove and the axis of the pulley is 90°±2°. 4.6 The fillet of the bottom of the wheel groove must be below the depth h. (or h.+h). 4.7 The thickness reduction of the bottom of the wheel groove generally does not exceed 25% to 30% of the thickness of the original plate. 4.8 The appearance of the pulley is not allowed to have cracks, sharp edges, burrs, and the wedge surface is not allowed to have obvious scratches, scratches and other defects that affect the quality. 4.9 The manufacturer should carry out anti-rust protection treatment on the surface of the product, such as painting, galvanizing, bluing, phosphating, etc. 4.10 The balance of the pulley shall be negotiated by the supply and demand parties according to the use situation. 5 Measurement and test methods
5.1 The appearance, external dimensions and surface roughness of the product can be inspected by general measuring tools, templates, standard specimens, etc. 5.2 The oblique circular runout and the detection of the position of the mounting hole shall be carried out according to the methods specified in GB1183. 6 Acceptance method
6.1 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before it can leave the factory. 6.2 Factory inspection items
6.2.1 Appearance quality.
6.2.2 Overall dimensions and installation dimensions.
6.2.3 Oblique circular runout.
6.3 If there is no special agreement, the ordering unit shall adopt GB63.78 for sampling acceptance when sampling product quality, taking AQL=1 and inspection level 1.
7. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

7.1 Each product shall be affixed or printed with a product qualification mark. 7.2 Product packaging should ensure that it will not be bumped or scratched under normal transportation conditions. The gross weight of each box should not exceed 50kg. 7.3 Each box should clearly indicate the manufacturer's name, year and month of manufacture, name and model of sheet metal spinning pulleys, quantity per box, and precautions for transportation and loading and unloading.
