ISO viscosity classification of industrial liquid lubricants
3.1 version The basic structural type of series bearings is represented by the letter "Z" and is called "Z series seated sliding bearings" (hereinafter referred to as bearings). 3.2 Bearing structural types include: oil ring lubrication, compound lubrication, one-end shaft, two-end shaft, and with or without insulation to the ground. 7.4 The bearing alloy of the bearing bush should be tightly combined with the tile body after casting, and there should be no shelling. The bearing alloy friction surface is not allowed to have visible scars, pores, blisters, cracks and other defects. 7.5 No leakage is allowed in the oil chamber of the bearing seat.

8.1 Bearing dimensions shall be inspected with universal measuring tools.
8.2 The insulation resistance is measured with a 500V megger. 8.3 Leakage in the oil chamber of the bearing seat should be visually inspected by pouring kerosene for 1 hour. 8.4 The bearing must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer to pass the inspection. 8.5 The test methods and requirements for bearing use are in accordance with the provisions of motor product standards. 9 Packaging, transportation and storagebzxz.net
9.1 The packaging of bearings is consistent with the product packaging specifications according to different regions. When packaging the product as a whole, measures must be taken to prevent the impact of the rotor on the bearings during shipment.
9.2 Drain the lubricating oil from the bearing seat oil chamber before packaging, and apply anti-rust oil on the processed surface. 9.3 When packaging bearings individually, the following must be noted; a) All exposed processed surfaces are coated with anti-rust oil, and the inner circle of the bearing bush is covered with film; b) Small parts such as positioning taper pins, foot bolts, washers, etc. should be packaged in bags or small boxes. To avoid loss, the temperature measuring device should be filled with soft objects around it when it is installed in a small box to prevent damage.
9.4 Avoid moisture and collision when transporting bearings. 9.5 Bearings should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. 4
