This standard applies to synthetic scheelite (also known as calcium tungstate) obtained by smelting, which is used in the production of ammonium paratungstate, tungsten trioxide, ferrotungsten, alloy steel, cemented carbide, tungsten material, tungsten wire and tungsten alloy. 1 Technical requirements
Synthetic scheelite is divided into three grades and six types according to chemical composition and smelting method. Calculated by dry ore grade, it should meet the requirements of the following table: %
Not less than
Note: Class I in the table is for pyrometallurgy, and Class II is for hydrometallurgy. Cu
Quality, not more than
Not more than
1.2 Synthetic scheelite products for hydrometallurgy are white powder with uniform particle size, and -200 mesh is not less than 80%. If the user has special requirements, it shall be negotiated by the supply and demand parties.
1.3 There shall be no foreign inclusions in the synthetic scheelite products. 2 Test methods and inspection rules
2.1 The chemical composition analysis of synthetic scheelite shall be carried out in accordance with YB602 (1~12)-78 "Chemical Analysis Method of Tungsten Concentrate". 2.2 The sampling and preparation of synthetic scheelite shall be carried out in accordance with GB441484 "Sampling and Preparation Methods for Packaged Tungsten Concentrate". 2.3 If the re-test results of the purchaser are inconsistent with the quality certificate, it may be submitted to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve the issue. If arbitration is required, the supply and demand parties shall jointly take samples at the purchaser's side. 2.4 Arbitration sampling and analysis shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 2.2 and 2.1 of this standard respectively. 2.5 The products shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department. 2.6 The same grade and type of synthetic scheelite are supplied in batches, and the weight of each batch shall not exceed 5t. 3 Packaging, marking and quality certificate
3.1 Synthetic scheelite is packaged in three layers, with the inner layer being a plastic bag, the middle layer being a latex bag, and the outer layer being a sack. The bag mouth should be sealed tightly. 3.2 The net weight of each bag is 50kg. www.bzxz.net
3.3 The product packaging bag shall be marked with:
Promulgated by the National Bureau of Standards on May 18, 1985
Implemented on March 1, 1986
