1 Scope
Die casting die parts Part 1: Templates
This part specifies the dimensions and tolerances of templates for die casting dies. This part applies to sleeves, seat plates and support plates used in die casting dies. This part also gives material guidelines and hardness requirements, and specifies the marking of templates. 2 Normative references

4 Material and hardness
The material is selected by the manufacturer, and 45 steel is recommended. The hardness of the sleeve and support plate is 25HRC～32HRC. Figure 1 Template

5 Technical requirements

The tolerance grade of template size shall comply with the provisions of js10 grade in GB/T1801—1999. 125

5.2 When used as a set plate, the geometric tolerance of the reference surface shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1184-1996, t1 and t3 are grade 5 accuracy, and t2 is grade 7 accuracy. When used as a seat plate or a supporting plate, the geometric tolerance grade shall be determined according to GB/T1184-H. 5.3 The rest shall comply with the provisions of GB/T4679—2003. 6 Marking
The templates according to this part shall have the following markings: a) Template;
Template length L, I2, in millimeters; b)
Template thickness H, in millimeters;
d) Code of this part, i.e. GB/T4678.1—2003. Example: Www.bzxZ.net
The template with L,=200mm, L2=200mm, H=20mm is marked as follows: 200X200X20GB/T 4678.1—2003
