4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The shape and structure of the solid alkali barrel are shown in Figure 1. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on December 20, 1995, implemented on August 1, 1996

4.2 Appearance requirements
4.2.1 The solid alkali barrel shall have a round body, smooth inner and outer surfaces, no rust, no burrs, and no mechanical damage. 4.2.2 The curling shall be uniform, without wrinkles, no burrs, and no iron tongue. The weld shall be flat and uniform, without molten nodules or welding slag. 4.3 Barrel body type
Two groups of corrugations or ring ribs can be added to the appropriate parts of the barrel body, which are uniform and symmetrical. 4.4 Solid alkali barrel closure

4.5 Material requirements
The performance indicators of the steel plate used for barrel making should meet or not be lower than the provisions of GB11253. 4.6 Performance requirements
The stacking load value is 17640N, the duration is 24h, and the solid alkali barrel has no obvious deformation and damage after inspection. 4.6.1 Stacking test
4.6.2 Drop test The drop height is 1.2m, and the solid alkali barrel with 200kg of solid alkali inside does not crack or fall off after falling. 5 Test method
5.1 Structural dimensions and appearance
5.1.1 The structural dimensions are detected by general measuring tools and shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 of this standard. 5.1.2 Appearance The appearance quality of the barrel shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2 of this standard by visual inspection. '0t
5.2 Stacking test
After the solid alkali barrel is filled with 200kg of solid alkali, it shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB4857.3. It is qualified when it meets the provisions of Article 4.6.1 of this standard.
5.3 Drop test
GB/T15915—1995
After the solid alkali barrel is filled with 200kg of solid alkali, according to the provisions of GB3538 and GB4857.5, select one at the edge 5 and 6 points respectively, and then select one at the 56 line (welding line) to drop. It is qualified when it meets the requirements of Article 4.6.2 of this standard (according to the sampling number, repeat in this order) 6 Inspection rules
All items in the technical requirements of this standard are factory inspection items 6.1 The quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall inspect the products in accordance with the provisions of this standard and issue a certificate of conformity. 6.2 The user has the right to propose acceptance inspection for the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 6.3 The solid alkali barrels shall be inspected batch by batch. When the stable production is inspected at the factory, the manufacturer takes two months of production as a batch, and the user takes the order quantity as a batch. When the order quantity is greater than 5,000 pieces, each 5,000 pieces is a batch. 6.4 When the type of plate, production process, etc. are changed, the product shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 6.5 Factory inspection According to the provisions of GB2828 "Batch Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to Continuous Batch Inspection)", the sampling plan selects the normal inspection-single sampling plan, the inspection level is specified as the special inspection level S-2, the qualified quality level (AQL) is 6.5, and the number of samples and qualified judgment numbers are shown in Table 2.

6.6 Judgment rules Inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of this standard. If one of the items is unqualified, the sample shall be judged as unqualified. When the number of unqualified products is greater than or equal to the number of unqualified judgments (R.) specified in the normal inspection sampling plan in Table 2, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. 6.7 When the unqualified batch is repaired or the unqualified products are removed and resubmitted for inspection, the sampling plan is changed to a strict inspection sampling plan (see Table 2). After re-inspection, when the number of unqualified products is greater than or equal to the number of unqualified judgments specified in Table 2, the batch of products is unqualified. 7 Marking, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking The solid alkali barrel should be stamped with a mark on the top of the barrel, including the manufacturer's name or code, production date or batch code. 7.2 Transportation solid alkali barrels are thin-walled containers, and collisions, falls and rolling should be avoided as much as possible during transportation, loading and unloading. 7.3 Storage solid alkali barrels should be rainproof when stacked in the open air, and a cushion layer should be set on the bottom when stacking. The top of the solid alkali barrel should be placed downward when the solid alkali barrel is placed upright. Additional instructions:
