1 Subject Content and Scope of Application

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of suspended electromagnetic iron removers.
This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of suspended electromagnetic iron removers (hereinafter referred to as iron removers). The iron remover is used in conjunction with a belt conveyor. It can remove ferromagnetic items weighing 0.1 to 25 kg mixed in bulk non-magnetic materials. 2 Reference standards

3 Product classification
3.1.1 The iron remover is divided into the following two types according to the iron unloading method: a.
Manual iron unloading type;
Automatic iron unloading type.

Iron removers shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with drawings and technical documents approved through prescribed procedures. The iron remover should be able to work reliably under the following conditions: 4.2
Altitude not exceeding 2500m;
Ambient temperature not higher than +1040℃ and not lower than -25℃: Relative humidity of air not greater than 90% (when the temperature is 25℃); d. In places without rain or snow:
The surrounding medium has no explosion hazard, and there is no gas and dust that is sufficient to corrode metal and damage insulation. 4.3 The insulation resistance of the iron remover winding to the machine body should be not less than 10MQ1800 in cold state
4.4 The insulation of the iron remover winding to the machine body should ensure that there is no breakdown or flashover when the test voltage of 50Hz AC lasts for 1min under the conditions listed in Table 2.

4.5The limit temperature rise of the iron remover winding should not exceed the following values; Class A insulation

4.6 The iron remover should have reliable grounding facilities and obvious grounding symbols at the grounding point. 4.7 All operating parts of the iron remover should rotate flexibly. The reducer should operate smoothly, and there should be no oil leakage at the sealing points, and the temperature rise of the oil should not exceed 40c.
4.8 The surface paint of the exposed non-processed metal parts of the iron remover should be uniform, and there should be no defects such as shedding, flaking, cracks and flow marks. The iron remover itself should be painted with orange topcoat.
4.9 The windings of the oil-cooled iron remover should be completely immersed in transformer oil, and the box should not leak oil. 4.10 The heat pipe in the heat pipe cooled iron remover should not leak, and the isotherm of its two ends should not be greater than 1.5℃. The iron absorption capacity of the iron remover should be able to reach the value specified in Appendix A (supplement). 4.11
The core hanging device of the iron remover (such as earrings, hanging pumps, etc.) must have sufficient safety strength. The noise sound pressure level of the iron remover shall not exceed 85dB(A). 4.13
The iron remover should be installed and used reasonably. The metal components in the magnetic field area of the iron remover should be made of non-magnetic materials. 4. 14
The complete set supply of the iron remover includes:
iron remover body;
rectifier control resistor.
5 Test method
5.1 For the magnetic induction intensity specified in Table 1 of Article 3.3, a Tesla meter with an accuracy of not less than 2.5 shall be used to measure the base in a hot state at a distance of the rated suspension height corresponding to the geometric center position of the avoidance. 5.2 For the excitation power specified in Table 1 of Article 3.3, a DC voltmeter with an accuracy of not less than 1.0 shall be used to measure in a cold state. 5.3 The requirements of Article 4.3 shall be checked in accordance with the provisions of GB998. The accuracy of the instrument used shall not be less than 1.5. 5.4 The requirements of Article 4.4 shall be checked in accordance with the provisions of GB998, and the accuracy of the instrument used shall not be less than 0.5. 5.5 The requirements of Article 4.5 shall be checked in accordance with the resistance method specified in GB998, and the accuracy of the instrument used shall not be less than 0.5. The degree of degree shall not be less than 0.5. 5.6 For the requirements of Article 4.7, an idling test of not less than 2 hours shall be carried out. 5.7 For the requirements of Article 4.10, an ammonia quality leak detector shall be used for leak detection. The heat pipe must be kept dry during leak detection: a platinum resistance thermometer shall be used to detect the isothermal properties of both ends of the heat pipe.
5.8 For the requirements of Article 4.11, the M16×50 bolts in GB5783 shall be used for testing at the specified height. 5.9 For the requirements of Article 4.13, measurements shall be made in accordance with GB3768. 6 Inspection rules
Each iron remover shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. When leaving the factory, it shall be accompanied by a document No. 6.1 proving the quality of the product.
6.2 The tests of iron removers are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 Each iron remover shall be inspected and tested at the factory. The iron remover shall comply with Item 4 and 4.3, 4.4, 4.6, 4.7.4.8, 4.11, 4.12. Oil-cooled and heat pipe-cooled iron removers shall also comply with the provisions of 4.9 and 4.10 respectively. 6.2.2 Type tests shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a. Before a new product is put into production: When there is a major change in process or material: Every three years for products in normal production, in addition to complying with the requirements of 6.2.1, type tests shall also comply with the requirements of item 3 in Table 1 and 4.5 and 4.13. 6.2.3
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
Each iron remover shall be marked with a product label in a conspicuous position. Its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and indicate the following contents:
Manufacturer name and trademark;
Product name and model;
DC voltage, V:
Excitation power, kW;
Duty system;
Weight, kg:
Standard code:
Factory number:
Date of manufacture.
7.2 The exposed surface of the iron remover shall be coated with anti-rust grease, and its anti-corrosion period shall be no less than two years. 7.3
The iron remover and rectifier control cabinet should be sealed and packed. The packing box should be strong, shock-resistant, ventilated and rainproof, and meet the requirements of land and water transportation. The outer wall of the packing box should have obvious text markings, including: a.

7.6 The attached technical documents should be put into a plastic bag and put into a packing box with the words "Document Here" written on it. 7.7
The iron remover and rectifier control cabinet should be stored in a dry warehouse. 8 Manufacturer's guarantee
8.1 Under the condition that the user complies with the transportation, storage, installation and use rules specified in this standard and the instruction manual, the manufacturer shall ensure that the iron remover meets the requirements of this standard.
8.2 Within 18 months from the date of delivery and no more than 12 months of use, if the machine cannot work normally due to manufacturing quality problems, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge. 4
