Summary:
This standard specifies the basic methods and technical requirements for the periodic inspection and evaluation of in-use steel welded gas cylinders. This standard applies to the periodic inspection and evaluation of steel welded gas cylinders with a water pressure test pressure not exceeding 7.5MPa and a water volume of 10 to 1000L, which are used to store and transport low-pressure liquefied gas and are refillable. This standard does not apply to dissolved acetylene gas cylinders, civil liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, and fire extinguishing gas cylinders.
