1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, dimensions, technical requirements and relevant use regulations of roller for rotary drum.
This standard applies to rotary drum commonly used in chemical production. 21

HG21546.1-93 "Types and technical conditions of rollers and rollers for rotary drum". 22
3. Type, basic parameters and dimensions
The type, basic parameters and dimensions of roller shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.012 in HG21546.1-93, as well as Figures 3-1 to 3-2 and Tables 3-1 to 3-2 of this standard. Figure 3-1

4Technical requirements
Contact stress value shall not exceed 400MPa.
·4.0.2Other technical requirements shall comply with the technical requirements in HG21546.1-93 "Types and technical requirements of supporting wheels and retaining wheels for rotating cylinders". .25
5 Note
When the diameter of the rotary cylinder is less than 1000mm, if a 200 or 300mm supporting wheel with a convex edge structure is selected, a stopper wheel may not be provided (because the axial force of the downward movement is also small, and the supporting wheel with a convex edge can bear it). 5.0.2 The semi-cone angle of the stopper wheel is represented by in the construction drawing. The actual value is determined by the user according to the selected roller diameter, but it should be within the applicable range listed in the table to adapt to the structural characteristics of the bearing.
The maximum thrust that the stopper wheel can withstand is calculated as follows: 5.0.3
