According to the complexity of the workpiece, the time required for preparing and replacing tools, clamps, gauges, cutting tools and adjusting equipment is divided into simple, medium and complex types, as follows
a, simple: the total number of tools, clamps, gauges and cutting tools to be replaced is less than 2; b. Medium: the total number of tools, clamps, gauges and cutting tools replaced is less than 5, and the workload of adjusting the equipment is large; c. Complex: the total number of tools, clamps and cutting tools replaced is more than 5, and the workload of adjusting the equipment is large. 3.5.3 Classification of workpiece loading and unloading time
According to the weight of the workpiece, lifting method, the complexity of loading and unloading, alignment and the number of accessories used, it is divided into simple, medium and complex categories: Now define:
a. Simple: general fixtures, visual correction; b. Medium: commonly used fixtures, correction with a stylus; c. Complex: special fixtures, accessories, dial indicator or other most accurate alignment. More than 20kg is hoisting.
