Cutter types are divided into "general type" and "light type" according to the different materials of the pipes they cut. The general type is suitable for cutting ordinary carbon tangled steel pipes, codenamed "GT" (as shown in Figure 1). The light type is suitable for cutting plastic pipes and copper pipes, codenamed "GQ" (as shown in Figure 2). 3.2 Specifications and basic parameters
The specifications of the cutter are divided into four types according to the maximum outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe that can be cut, and the codes are No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4. The basic parameters of the cutter are shown in Table 1.

Hardness test
-r KAON KAca-
QB/T2350--1997
Hardness is tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T230, and the test position should be on the end face of each part. 5.2 Sharpness test
The test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. The cutter is installed on the test tube, and the handle or hand wheel is rotated to make the blade cut into the test tube. Then the torque value specified in Table 3 is added to the end of the screw rod. Within the specified number of turns, the test tube should be cut. At this time, the parts of the cutter should not be permanently deformed or damaged. This test is generally carried out during type inspection.
5.3 Assembly performance test
5.3.1 The flexibility of the slider moving on the guide rail of the cutter body is tested by hand feel. 5.3.2 Randomly select the blade and interchange it without any processing. 5.3.3 As shown in Figure 3, clamp one end of a round steel bar with a surface roughness R value not greater than 3.2um with a bench vise. After the cutter rotates one circle on the test bar, the cutting track must overlap. Bench vise
5.4 Surface quality
