6.5The resistivity of silver-plated copper wire should not be greater than 0.017241mmm/m at a temperature of +20℃. The temperature coefficient of resistance a is 0.003931/℃. 6. No joints are allowed for silver-plated steel wires, and the copper wires before silver plating are allowed to be welded by the usual method. 7 Test method
7.1 Determination of silver content
The determination shall be made by volumetric method or gravimetric method. The gravimetric method shall be used in arbitration. 7.1.1 Volumetric method
The method is based on the precipitation of silver ions in nitric acid solution by thiouracil, with trivalent iron as the indicator. GB/T 3953
YB 117
Take 0.25~0.5g (accurate to 0.1mg) of sample, place it in a 250ml conical beaker, add 10ml nitric acid (1.1), slowly heat until it melts, boil to drive out the brown smoke, cool, dilute to 100ml, add 5㎡l ferric ammonium sulfate (10%), and titrate with ammonium cyanate standard solution until the blue (and white precipitate) just changes to brick red (a mixture of the blue of silver ions and the red of the iron ion thiouracil complex). The consumption of ammonium thiocyanate standard solution is obtained. Silver content (%) is calculated according to the following formula:
JB/T31351999
×100%
Wherein: V is the consumption of ammonium thiocyanate standard solution, mb; T is the titer of ammonium thiocyanate standard solution for silver, g/ml; B is the sample weight, B.
7. 1. 2 Subtiter method
The method is based on the precipitation of silver as silver cyanide from nitrate solution with hydrochloric acid,) Apparatus
Ground culture filter 4#30ml
Vacuum elephant 1406 type, exhaust volume 301/min, connected with safety bottle, drying bottle, suction bottle 1000ml, b) Reagents
Nitric acid 1 1: nitric acid 1~ 99; hydrochloric acid 1 9. Step by step
Weigh 1g of sample (accurate to 0.1mg) and place it in a 100ml beaker. Add 10ml nitric acid (111) and slowly heat until dissolved. Remove all brown smoke. Cool to room temperature and dilute to 50ml. Under constant stirring, slowly add 20ml hydrochloric acid (1 1 9) and let stand for 2h. Pass through a depletion filter that has been dried at 110℃ for 2h and has reached constant weight. Remove the solution by pouring. Wash the precipitate twice with warm nitric acid (1,99). Remove the solution in the same way as above. Move the precipitate to the filter by blowing. Remove water in the same way. Then wash and filter twice with hot water. Dry the filter together with the precipitate at 110℃ for 2h to constant weight. Cool to room temperature in a desiccator and weigh to obtain the grams of silver chloride. d) Calculate
Silver content (%) Calculate according to the following formula
Where: A-
silver chloride weight, gt
sample weight, g.
7. 2 Determination of coating thickness
A×0.7526×100%
The coating thickness is calculated by measuring the silver content according to the following formula. -RGK
Wu, A-coating thickness, μm;
B-silver-plated wire radius: mmt
G——silver content.%;bzxz.net
K-conversion coefficient.
The conversion of coefficient K and silver content is shown in Table 4.

Inspection rules
8.1 Products shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before they can be shipped. Each tray of products shipped shall be accompanied by the manufacturer's product quality inspection certificate.
8.2 Silver-plated copper wire shall be inspected according to the provisions of Table 5. 8.3 During random inspection, 1% of each batch shall be sampled, but not less than 3 plates. For larger batches, no more than 10 plates (circles). If the first test fails, double the number of samples shall be taken for a second test. If there are still unqualified results, the sample shall be inspected again. 4
