MT/T 776-2004 Factory inspection specification for hydraulic system assembly of coal mine machinery

This standard is a revision of MT/T 776-1998 (Specification for factory inspection of hydraulic system assembly of coal mine machinery). This standard replaces MT/T 776-1998. The main changes of this standard compared with MT/T 776-1998 are as follows: - Added cleanliness index of servo valve hydraulic system (see Table 1); - Added setting requirements for hydraulic motor (see 3.5.1 and 3.5.3); - Added "diagnosis and monitoring" (see 3.12); - More detailed and specific requirements for marking, packaging and transportation (see Chapter 6). This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Development Department of China Coal Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Coal Industry Coal Mine Special Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting unit of this standard: Shanghai Branch of China Coal Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Hu Dabang, Feng Xiaodi.
