This standard specifies the type of pond glass stuffing box with cooling water jacket. Basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements. This standard is applicable to the sealing device of the stirring shaft of pond glass equipment with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 0.25MPa, and is applicable to medium temperatures above 100C and less than or equal to 200℃ and shaft speed less than or equal to 2m/s. This stuffing box is not suitable for flammable and extremely, highly and moderately toxic media.

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Cast iron size tolerances shall comply with GB6414 HG/T2048.2-91||t t||4.2 The verticality of the sealing surface of the box flange to the axis should be less than 4/1000 of its outer diameter. 4.3 The limit deviation of the bolt center circle diameter and the chord length of two adjacent bolt holes of the stuffing box flange is ±0.6mm; the limit deviation of the chord length of any two bolt holes is ±1.0mm.
4.4 The box should be manufactured, tested and accepted in accordance with this standard and ZBG94004. 4.5 When installing the stuffing, it must be tightened layer by layer. 4.6 After the stuffing box is assembled, it must be subjected to a water pressure test or an operating air tightness test together with the glass equipment. The test pressure and tightness requirements shall be in accordance with the requirements of the general drawing of the glass equipment in the pond. 4.7 Lubricant should be filled in the gland oil groove. The lubricant used should not affect the medium in the container. 4.8 According to the requirements of the medium, select polytetrafluoroethylene fiber woven packing, packing impregnated with special lubricant, flexible graphite packing or other soft packing, but the name of the packing material should be indicated on the general drawing of the pond glass equipment. 4.9 The box flange is connected to the pipe mouth slip-on flange of the equipment. The connection size is in accordance with the provisions of HG/T2105PN0.6MPa. The nominal diameter of the stuffing box corresponding to the nominal diameter of the slip-on flange is in accordance with Table 3. Table 3

5 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The exposed pond glass surface should be wrapped with soft objects and firmly fixed in the packaging box. 5.2 Collision must be avoided during moving and transportation. The packaging box must not be inverted. 5.3 The product should be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual. 5.4 Products should be stored indoors and should not be stored or piled outdoors.
