CB/T3762-1996
This standard is equivalent to ISO7824 "Shipbuilding and Offshore Structures - Specifications - Lubricating Oil Nozzles
Conical and Flat Shoulder Type" First Edition 1986). The marine lubricating oil nozzles specified in ISO7824 are common parts used by the international shipbuilding industry. The oil nozzles of this international standard are used in the shipbuilding industry in Europe and Japan. For this reason, this standard adopts ISO7824 to formulate the standard for marine lubricating oil nozzles in my country. Compared with ISO7824, this standard has only made a few editorial changes. The changes are as follows: a) The scope of this standard has been expanded to include the applicable scope in accordance with GB/T1.1; b) The referenced standards adopt the Chinese standards GB196, GB197 and GB/T1415; c) The marking examples of this standard are written in accordance with GB1.3; d) This standard adds 4.1 and 4.3.2 to the technical requirements; e) The tolerance grades of d2 and d in Table 2 of this standard are h12 in ISO7824; and the tolerance grade of S in ISO7824 is h13. This standard is written in Table 2 according to the corresponding tolerance values of GB197. This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Marine Machinery. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the 603 Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. This standard was drafted by the 603 Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. The main drafter of this standard is Zhou Yuhua.

This standard specifies the product classification and technical requirements for marine lubricating grease nipples (hereinafter referred to as lubricating grease nipples). This standard applies to lubricating grease nipples in marine machinery, ship door and window handle clips, various pulleys, guide sprockets, etc. 2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB196-81 Basic dimensions of common threads (diameter 1~600mm) GB19781 Tolerances and fits of common threads (diameter 1~355mm) GB/T1415-92 Metric tapered threads
3 Product classification
The types of lubricating nozzles are divided into tapered and flat shoulder types. 3.1 Tapered lubricating nozzles
Tapered lubricating nozzles are divided into type 1, type 2, and type 3, as shown in Figure 1; the dimensions are shown in Table 1. Note: Tapered lubricating nozzles are generally referred to as injection grease nozzles. 3.2 Flat shoulder lubricating nozzles
Flat shoulder lubricating nozzles are type 4, as shown in Figure 2; the dimensions are shown in Table 2. Flat shoulder lubricating nozzles are used in places where a large amount of grease is required, such as lifting mechanisms. 3.3 Marking
3.3.1 The composition of the marking is as follows:
