This standard is a revision of JB/T29841981 "Crawler tractor carrier rollers". Compared with JB/T2984-1981, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: Delete the diagrams and tables of the structure and size of each part, and include the test method chapter;
-Abolish the percentage sampling inspection, and implement GB/T2828-1987 "Batch-by-Batch Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to the Inspection of Continuous Batch)".

3.1 The structural type and main dimensions of the support sprocket with track pitch of 203 and 216 mm shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1; the structural type and main dimensions of the support sprocket with track pitch of 228.6 mm are shown in Figure 2 and Table 1: the parts list is shown in Table 2. 4 Technical requirements
General requirements

4.1.1 Carrier sprockets shall be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures and shall comply with the provisions of this standard. 4.1.2 The purchased parts of the sprocket should comply with the relevant national standards or industry standards, and the outsourced parts should comply with the requirements of the drawings and should have a certificate of conformity.
All parts should be free of sharp corners and burrs, and the appearance and dimensional accuracy should be strictly checked before assembly, and they should be cleaned. 4.1.4
The sealing parts of the floating oil seal and other sealing parts shall not be bruised or scratched. 4.1.5
The floating oil seal O-ring and the outer cone of the floating seal ring shall not be stained with oil, and the floating oil seal O-ring shall not be twisted during assembly. During assembly, the press-fitted mating surface and the bright band of the floating seal ring should be coated with a small amount of hydraulic lubricating oil. 4.1.7 After assembly, fill in 80% of the capacity of clean heavy-duty vehicle gear oil according to the oil brand specified in the product manual, and leakage is not allowed. 4.5 Service life requirements

5.1 Inspection of machining quality

5.1.1 The dimensional accuracy is measured by the inside diameter dial indicator, outside diameter micrometer, depth gauge or vernier caliper as usual. 5.1.2 The shape and position tolerances shall be measured in accordance with Chapters 4 to 6 of GB/T19581980. 5.1.3 The surface roughness shall be measured by self-testing and comparison with a surface roughness meter or a roughness standard sample block. 5.1.4 The flatness of the bright band of the floating oil seal shall be measured by the relevant interference microscope or static oil sealing test in JB/T8293.2. 5.2 Inspection of heat treatment quality
5.2.1 The surface hardness of the rate fire shall be measured by Rockwell or Brinell hardness tester in accordance with Chapters 5 to 8 of GB/T2301991 and Chapters 3 to 6 of GB/T2311984, respectively, and the arithmetic mean shall be taken. 5.2.2 The depth of the hardened layer shall be measured by Rockwell hardness method in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5617. The test location is shown in Figure 3 and Table 4 Note. 5.2.3 The determination of the quality of other heat treatments shall adopt the measurement methods specified in Chapters 4 to 6 of JB/T59441991. 5.3 Inspection of appearance and assembly quality
5.3.1 Appearance quality Use visual inspection to check the integrity of the sprocket assembly parts; check the flatness and cracks, flash, sand adhesion, scratches and other defects of the surface of cast, forged, welded and machined parts; check the unevenness, peeling, flow marks and other defects of the paint. 5.3.2 Determination of axial movement: Remove the floating seal outer seat and floating seal of the sprocket, fix the wheel body, and measure the movement of the sprocket shaft with a dial indicator.
5.3.3 Determination of the tightening torque of bolts and screw plugs: First fix the wheel body, and then use a torque wrench with a reading meter to measure 5.3.4 Leakage inspection: Turn the wheel body, pass 0.4MPa pressure air into the screw plug hole, and observe that the pressure gauge pointer does not drop within 30s. 5.3.5 Rotation performance measurement: Rotate the wheel by hand, and it is better if it feels neither tight nor loose. 5.3.6 Oil cleanliness shall be measured according to the provisions of JB/T7158. 5.4 Service life assessment
Assessment shall be carried out according to the 500h bench test method in JB/T6035, or according to the written certificate of 3 users with time statistics and failure records. The bench test report data or user's written certificate is valid for 4 years. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
Each sprocket shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. The factory inspection items include the appearance of the sprocket, the integrity of the assembly, the rotation performance of the wheel body, the sealing performance and leakage of the lubricating oil, the tightening torque of the bolts and oil plugs, etc. Its machining quality, working surface hardness, axial movement, and oil cleanliness inspection are carried out during the production process. 6.2 Type test
6.2.1 Classification of non-conformities
Any inspected item that does not meet the requirements of Chapter 4 is called a non-conformity. Non-conformities are divided into Class A, Class B and Class C non-conformities, see Table 6.

The AQL value of the sprocket quality level is shown in Table 7. The AQL value in the table is the acceptable quality level per hundred units of products, where Ac represents the qualified judgment number of the sample, and Re represents the unqualified judgment number of the sample. The item number can be used as the minimum judgment unit during inspection. 6.2.3 Sampling plan

6.2.3.1 Sampling inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. The sampling plan type is a normal sampling plan. 6.2.3.2 The inspection level is selected as the general inspection level II. 6.2.3.3 The inspection batch N is generally 16-25 (pieces), but when the user is sampling, the size of N is not limited. Random sampling. 6.2.3.4 The sample size code is C, and the randomly selected sample size n-5 (pieces) should be inspected according to the items listed in Table 6, and at least one piece should be cut to measure the hardened layer depth and metallographic structure. The cutting test results of this piece represent the results of all samples. The qualified quality level AQL value is shown in Table 7.

6.2.4 Evaluation of sampling inspection
Inspect the samples according to the sampling plan specified in this standard and fill in the results in the summary table (see Table 8). When the number of non-conformities per hundred items in the sample is less than or equal to Ac, it is judged as qualified; when it is greater than or equal to Re, it is judged as non-conformities. When all categories are judged as qualified, the product is finally evaluated as qualified, otherwise it is non-conformities, but it is allowed to replace the missing non-conformities of Class B with the excess non-conformities of Class C.

7.2 Packaging and transportation

7.2.1 The packaging of the sprocket wheel can be carried out according to the user's requirements. It should be wrapped with a strong rope, and the exposed part of the sprocket shaft should be coated with grease (yellow 8
