Replaces ZB J80 006.3--87
This standard is mainly applicable to cast wire rope sheaves for bridge cranes and gantry cranes (hereinafter referred to as sheaves). Sheaves for other cranes can also be used for reference.
The sheaves referred to in this standard include the balancing sheaves in the wire rope transmission of cranes. 2 Referenced standards

3.1 The types of pulleys are divided into the following 6 types according to their structure and use requirements: Type A---Pulley with rolling bearing (tight seal) and inner sleeve, as shown in Figure 1. Its structural dimensions are shown in JB/T9005.4. Type B - Pulley with rolling bearing (tight seal) and without inner sleeve, as shown in Figure 2. Its structural dimensions are shown in JB/T9005.5. Pulley with rolling bearing (tighter seal) and inner sleeve, as shown in Figure 3. Its structural dimensions are shown in JB/T9005.6.
