This standard specifies the technical requirements for dimensions, materials, hardness, outer and surface roughness, marking and packaging of unified auxiliary thread taps (hereinafter referred to as taps) and unified flame thread nut ferrules (hereinafter referred to as nut taps). This standard is applicable to taps and nut taps produced in accordance with JBT8824.1 and JB/T8824.4. 2 Referenced standards

3. Thread and The effective tooth type and size limit of the mother wire shall be determined according to JB/T8824.2. 3.2 Cutting and cutting wire: Check the middle diameter at the starting point of the calibration part (when the starting point of the calibration part of the cut wire is less than 4 teeth from the front end, the middle diameter is checked at 4 teeth from the front end. The nut wire is checked at the point where it moves 1-2 teeth from the midpoint of the cutting part to the calibration part. 3.3 The tolerances of the shank diameter of the wire and the square head of the nut wire are given in Tables 1 and 2. 3.7 The threaded part of the threaded nut should have a certain degree of thread. 3.8 The threaded tap with a nominal diameter greater than 7.938mm should be ground. Note: When the user allows, the threaded tap with a relatively dense thread can be ground. 4 Materials and hardness
4.1 Ground taps The threaded part of the wire chain is made of W6Mp5Cr4V2 or other high-speed steel (code HSS) with equivalent performance, or it can be made of high-performance high-reverse potassium (code HSS-). The threaded part of the cut wire chain should be made of 9SiCr, 12A or other grades of alloy tool steel, carbon tool steel with equivalent performance, or it can be made of high-speed steel. The welding handle is made of 45 steel or other steel with equivalent performance. The allowable minimum tolerances of the threaded part of the wire chain and the nut are given in Table 7. The hardness of the taper shank of the screw and the nut from the shank wax should not be less than 30HRC. 4.3
5 Appearance and surface roughness
