Summary:
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, identification, biodegradability requirements, biodegradability test methods and identification, packaging, transportation and storage of biodegradable plastic sheets. This standard applies to biodegradable plastic sheets (hereinafter referred to as sheets) processed and formed with biodegradable materials as raw materials. These materials include natural and/or synthetic polymers or their mixtures, as well as biodegradable materials containing additives such as plasticizers, pigments or other compounds.
