This standard specifies the technical requirements for the operation safety of the simple thresher and its threshing parts, accessories, protective devices and safety signs.
This standard applies to the operation safety technical inspection of the simple thresher. 2 Reference standards
GB10395.1 Safety technical requirements for agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery Part: General GB10396 Safety signs for agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery 3 Complete machinebzxz.net
3.1 The signs, numbers and markings are complete, the handwriting is clear, the number plates are intact and placed in the specified position. 3.2 The design structure is reasonable to ensure its performance and the safety of the operator. 3.3 The appearance is neat, the paint is good, the cover is flat, the parts are complete and intact, and the connection is tight. The frame has no obvious deformation, no desoldering, and no cracks. 3.4 The strength grade of the bolt pair bearing the load: the bolt is not less than grade 8.8, and the nut is not less than grade 8. 3.5 The radial clearance of the bearing does not exceed the limit; there are dust prevention measures and good lubrication. 3.6 For rollers and rotating parts with a speed exceeding 400r/min and a mass greater than 5kg, the static balance should be checked to ensure that they can stop at any position. 3.7 The whole machine should not have any sharp protrusions that can cause injury. 3.8 When running at the maximum speed for 30 minutes, the following requirements should be met: 3.8.1 The operation is normal and stable, and there should be no abnormal sound and obvious vibration; 3.8.2 There should be no return air phenomenon at the feeding inlet; 3.8.3 The bearing temperature does not exceed 60℃,
3.8.4 All fasteners should not be loose.
4 Threshing part
4.1 The corrugated rod type roller shall meet the following requirements: 4.1.1 The height wear of the corrugated rod convex pattern shall not exceed 3.5mm, there shall be no visible cracks along the entire length, the number of continuously damaged convex patterns shall not exceed 5, the height reduction at the damaged part shall not exceed 2.5mm, and the wound burrs and protrusions shall be removed; 4.1.2 The strength grade of the corrugated rod bolt pair shall meet the provisions of Article 3.4. After the A-type corrugated rod is installed, the head of its bolt shall not be higher than the convex pattern; 4.1.3 The left-handed corrugated rod and the right-handed corrugated rod shall be installed at intervals, the corrugated rod shall be close to the spoke, the corrugated rod bolt pair shall be tightened, and the anti-loosening measures shall be reliable. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on January 12, 1996 and implemented on April 1, 1996
The tightening torque of M12 is 90±20N·m.

4.2 The spike teeth of the spike-tooth roller and the axial-flow roller are free of defects, deformation, wear and tear, the direction is not reversed, the tooth gap is equal, and the installation and tightening measures are reliable.
4.3 The bow teeth of the bow-tooth roller are complete and undamaged, the fixing is reliable, and the type and position are not wrong. 4.4 The parts of the threshing disc fan axial-flow roller are not worn and welded firmly. The center bolts of the threshing disc and the fixing bolts of the knife-shaped teeth of the roller must be tightened, and the anti-loosening measures are reliable.
4.5 The horizontal grid plate and steel wire of the grid-type concave plate are not deformed, the working surface is not worn and worn, and the steel wire is complete and intact. 4.6 The screen surface of the woven screen concave plate is not deformed, the steel wire is not broken or warped, and the size of the screen holes is consistent. 4.7 The upper cover of the roller must have sufficient mechanical strength and good sealing. The grass baffle and spiral guide plate on it should not be deformed and should be firmly fixed. The airflow guide plate in front should be at a suitable distance from the roller to ensure that the airflow does not hinder the feeding of straw. 4.8 The concave plate is firmly fixed, the position adjustment mechanism is flexible and effective, and the threshing gap meets the requirements of the threshed crops. 4.9 The roller shaft has no cracks, no bending, and no axial movement. 4.10 The roller is reliably fixed on the shaft, the gap with the two side walls of the frame is uniform, the rotation is flexible, and there is no jamming or collision. 5 Accessories
5.1 The length of the feeding table shall not be less than 800mm, and the length of the upper cover of the feeding table shall not be less than 450mm, and they should have sufficient strength. 5.2 When there is a simple air selection device, the fan housing and blades shall not be deformed, the impeller and the shaft are firmly connected, the rotation is flexible, there is no scraping or collision, the wind direction and air volume can be adjusted flexibly, and the air guide plate is straight.
5.3 When there is a comb screen, the comb teeth are complete and not deformed, and are arranged neatly. 5.4 The sliding plates of each part are firmly connected, and the working surface is flat and smooth. 5.5 The main and driven pulleys or sprockets must be on the same vertical rotating plane, and the combination of the wheel and the shaft must have a reliable fixing and locking device.
The belt or chain must be equipped with a tensioning device, and it must be firmly fixed and easy to adjust. 5.6
6 Protective devices and safety signs
6.1 Any feeding device should ensure that the operator cannot touch the threshing roller or threshing disk with his hands during normal operation. 6.2 The distance from the outer edge of the rotating part of the grass discharge port to the outer edge of the machine body cover should be greater than 50mm. 6.3 Protective plates, covers, nets or fences must be installed on exposed transmission parts and fan inlets. 6.4 The power equipment installed on the thresher must be equipped with a protective cover to effectively prevent dust, leaf debris and stems from entering the power machine. When the internal combustion engine is used as the power, the exhaust pipe should be equipped with a fire extinguishing cover. 6.5 The protective device should comply with the provisions of GB10395.1. 6.6 At the feeding port, grass discharge port, etc., there should be eye-catching permanent safety and warning signs. 6.7 On the side wall of the main drive pulley of the roller cover, the roller direction arrow, the maximum speed and the words "overspeed operation is strictly prohibited" should be clearly marked. 6.8 The safety signs should comply with the provisions of GB10396.
