Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the power series of DC motors for battery vehicles and their corresponding voltages. JB/T6482-1992
This standard applies to DC motors (traction motors and auxiliary motors - hereinafter collectively referred to as motors) for electric industrial vehicles and electric vehicles powered by the main traction battery. Cited standard

Basic technical conditions for DC motors for battery vehicles Rated power level of the motor
The rated power level of the motor shall comply with the provisions of the following series: 0.25, 0.37, 0.55, 0.75, 1.10, 1.50, 2.20, 3.00, 4.00, 5.00, 6.30, 8.00, 10.00, 13.00, 15.00, 17.00, 20.00, 25.00，30.00kW.
The rating of the motor shall comply with the provisions of JB5335. Relationship between rated voltage and rated power of motor The rated voltage and rated power of motor shall comply with the provisions of the following table: Table

Note: 1) The rated voltage of corresponding motor is 22, 45, 67(75), 90V. The nominal voltage of the battery is 24, 48, 72(80), 96V2》For electric vehicle motors, when the power and or voltage exceeds the provisions of this standard, it can be agreed upon by both parties. 3) For the same type of vehicle, the auxiliary electric power can be directly selected according to the needs of the matching oil pump after the traction motor voltage is determined. 5
The excitation, cooling method and protection level of the motor shall comply with the provisions of JB5335.
