3.1 When using this standard, the relevant provisions of GB/T17421.1 should be referred to. 3.2 The order of accuracy inspection items listed in this standard does not represent the actual inspection order. In order to reduce the loading and unloading of inspection tools and facilitate inspection, inspection can be carried out in any order.
3.3 The inspection tools and instruments specified in this standard are arbitration: in production, any other inspection tools and instruments can be used under the premise of ensuring inspection accuracy.
3.4 Before the accuracy inspection, the installation level of the machine tool should be adjusted with a level. The longitudinal and transverse installation levels shall not exceed 0.04/1000. Only after passing the inspection can various accuracy inspections be carried out. 3.5 The two inspections of G2 and GB in this standard are only applicable to tapping combination machines with tapping multi-axis boxes installed on slides. 3.6 When there are more than two spindles on the tapping multi-spindle box, only two spindles can be selected for the corresponding accuracy inspection. 3.7 If there are special requirements, additional regulations can be proposed. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on May 20, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000

Refer to the relevant provisions of GB/T17421.1-1998 5.4.4.2
Insert test rods with the same exposed diameter into the hole of the template body and the sample hole, and make the exposed length of the test rod in the sample hole ≤150mm, and the distance between the two ends of the test rod is 10mm. Put the 175mm long blade ruler against the upper busbar of the test rod according to the position and size shown in the figure. Use a feeler gauge to check the gap between the blade ruler and the test rod. Take the maximum gap as the measured value.
Then put the blade ruler against the side busbar 90° apart, perform the same test and calculate the measured value 5.4.1.2.4
Insert a test rod into the hole of the template body and place a horizontal bridge on the guide rail of the machine tool. Fix the indicator on the horizontal bridge and make its probe vertically press against the upper busbar at the position of the inspection rod a. Then move the slide 150mm.
The difference in the indicator readings before and after the slide moves is taken as the measured value.
Then move the indicator to the side busbar 90° apart, perform the same inspection and obtain the measured valueJB/T3047-
