This standard is revised on the basis of the former professional standards of the Ministry of Light Industry ZBJ47001--1985 "Terms of Construction (Masonry) Tools", ZBJ47002--1985 "General Technical Conditions of Construction (Masonry) Tools", and ZBJ47003-1985 "Inspection Rules, Marking, Packaging and Transportation of Construction (Masonry) Tools", and converted into light industry standards. In the overall structure of the standard, the terminology of construction tools, general technical conditions and their product standards are retained, and the original ZBJ47003-1985 "Inspection Rules, Marking, Packaging and Transportation of Construction (Masonry) Tools" is cancelled, and some of its relevant provisions are merged into the general technical conditions. The product standards are retained according to the numbers in the terminology, and a "diamond masonry shovel" product standard is added. This standard changes the word "brick" in the brackets of the original name to "brick type", and puts it after the standard name "construction tools", so that the hand tools used in construction work are more standardized, and a clear limitation is made in the scope of application. This standard is a supporting standard, and the terminology and general technical conditions are based on it. The technical content in the original standard that has been proven to be suitable for my country's situation in practice is retained. The main dimensions in the product standard have been optimized, several specifications have been added, and the limit deviation has been indicated. This standard has been modified and improved for some quality indicators.
From the date of implementation of this standard, ZBJ47001~47003-1985 will be abolished at the same time. This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard are: Shanghai Tool Industry Research Institute, Shijiazhuang Industrial and Agricultural Machinery Factory, Dalian House Equipment Tool General Factory, Shanghai Fengxian Tool Sanguang, etc.
