There is no test method for drop-proof properties of drop-proof plastic films at home and abroad. The test method in this standard is determined on the basis of in-depth research on the test methods for drop-proof properties adopted by domestic and foreign plastic drop-proof film manufacturers and technical institutions, and has been verified by a large amount of test data. This standard is proposed by Shandong Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Plastic Products Standardization Technical Committee. The issuing units of this standard: Shandong Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, Shandong Plastic Products Testing Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Yang Xuejun, Wang Xingdong and Feng Guanmin. This standard is to be published.

The following definitions apply to this standard.
Plastic drip-free film
Plastic film with drip-free performance made by blow molding, calendering, casting and other methods is called plastic drip-free film. 4 Principle
Water wets the surface of the film to form a water film, which gathers at a certain angle. When it gathers to a certain degree, it forms water droplets and drips. The speed of water droplets dripping reflects the size of the wetting tension on the surface of the film, that is, the drip-free performance of the film. The time for water droplets to drip is used to indicate the drip-free performance of the film.

Cut three test samples of 450 mmX450 mm. The test samples should be flat and clean, and no wrinkles are allowed. 7 Sample state adjustment and test environment
Unit: mm
The sample state is adjusted in the standard environment of 23°C ± 2°C and 50% 110% relative humidity as specified in GB/T2918 for not less than 24 hours, and the test is carried out in this environment. 8 Test steps
8.1 A sufficient amount of distilled water should be added to the water tank of the drip-free tester, and the water surface should be 150 mm away from the top of the tester. Turn on the tester and keep it constant at 50°C ± 2°C
8.2 Use a clamp to stretch the sample flat, and then place it on the top of the tester. Place the pressure hammer at the center of the sample and press down 40 mm ± 0.5 1nml to make the membrane surface about 15° with the horizontal direction, and start the stopwatch at the same time. 8.3 Observe the water droplet aggregation on the inner surface of the sample, and record the time when the first drop of water drops falls, which is the initial drop time. 8.4 After 10 minutes of the initial drop, record the time required for 10 consecutive drops of water drops to fall. Carry out the test three times in succession and take the average value. 8.5 Repeat the above steps and measure the initial drip time and the time required for 10 consecutive drops of water to drip for the other two samples respectively. 9 Expression of test resultswwW.bzxz.Net
The test results are expressed as the average value of the test results of three samples. 10 Test report
The test report should include the following contents:
a) This standard number or standard name;
b) Sample name,
Test environment:
d) Test results
Test period:
