标准简介:
IEC60870-5-103描述了两种信息交换的方法:第一种方法是基于严格规定的应用服务数据单元( ASDUS)和为传输“标准化”报文的应用过程,第二种方法使用了通用分类服务,以传输几乎所有可能的信息。“标准化”报文未包括所有可能的保护功能,而且继电保护设备(或间隔单元)可能只支持在本配套标准中所指明的报文的一个子集,为了互换的目的此子集在特定应用中必须按第8节“互换性(互操作性)”所述加以特别指明
如果合适的话,使用已定义的报文和应用过程是强制性的。在其他情况下采用通用分类服务。在此配套标准中所定义“专用范围”是为了维持兼容的原因,在将来的应用中建议不采用“专用范围”
