2 Basis and purpose of engineering standard compilation
2.0.1 The compilation of engineering standards is based on the engineering material selection regulations and the standards or technical conditions of relevant materials, and is compiled by the material professional. Materials specified by patent holders must also be reviewed and approved by them. 2.0.2 Engineering standards are a supplement and improvement to design standards. The purpose of compilation is to guide material suppliers and manufacturers (or construction units) to manufacture or construct equipment (materials) to ensure the quality of manufacturing and construction. The specific functions and purposes are as follows:
Sent to relevant professionals as the basis or component of the compilation of procurement (inquiry) documents. Sent to users to explain the quality requirements of the relevant materials provided in the engineering project.
