This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, acceptance rules, purchase, storage, packaging, custody and marking of copper balls for carburetor passage plugs (hereinafter referred to as copper balls).
This standard applies to copper balls for carburetor passage plugs for gasoline engines. 2

3Technical requirements
Batch inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to continuous batch inspection)Material: H62, H65 brass or HPb59-1 lead brass. The technical conditions, varieties and specifications of the profiles shall be determined by the copper ball manufacturer. 3.1
3.2Basic size: 10 types of diameters such as 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6mm. 3.3Dimensional deviations are shown in Table 1.

Roundness tolerance value is 0.01mm.
Surface roughness parameter R. value is 1.6um.

3.6 The surface shall be passivated, and the appearance shall be smooth and round, without any defects such as bumps, cracks, indentations, defects, rust, pollution, etc. 3.7
The hardness shall not be less than 60HB.
The weight of each copper ball shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2

The basic size, dimensional deviation and roundness tolerance shall be inspected with an indicating micrometer or a special inspection fixture, and each copper ball shall be inspected in more than 3 directions. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 28, 1992 and implemented on January 1, 1993

4.2 Surface roughness and appearance quality shall be inspected by visual comparison with the sample block, or by special inspection tools. 4.3 Hardness shall be inspected by a hardness tester.
Weight shall be measured by a balance.
Acceptance rules
According to the normal sampling plan and general inspection level I in GB2828, the classification of non-conforming products and AQL values shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3

Packaging and storage
AQL value
The packaging should have moisture-proof and rust-proof measures, and the material, specification, quantity, weight and implementation standard code should be indicated on the outer surface of the packaging. The weight of each box shall not exceed 2kg.
7.2 It should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry, covered warehouse without corrosive gas or liquid. Additional remarks:
