Summary:
This standard specifies the test method for the change of the internal and external surface shape of the suction hose after it is evacuated to a specified negative pressure. Method A in this standard is applicable to hoses with an inner diameter of 80 mm or less, and method B is applicable to hoses with an inner diameter of more than 80 mm. Rubber and plastics hoses and hoseassemblies-Determinstion of suctionresistance
GB/T5567--94
Replaces GB5567-85
This standard adopts ISO/DIS7233-1990 Rubber, plastics hoses and hose assemblies-Determinstion of vacuumresistance". 1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the test method for the change of the inner and outer surface shape of the suction hose after it is evacuated to a specified negative pressure. Method A in this standard is applicable to hoses with an inner diameter of 80mm and below, and Method B is applicable to hoses with an inner diameter of 80mm or more.
2 Reference standards
GB2941 Standard temperature, condensation and time for environmental conditioning and testing of rubber samples 3 Principle
Under specified conditions, use the sample to simulate the use conditions of the suction hose for pressure reduction test to ensure that this type of hose can withstand the pressure difference caused by the pressure reduction in the hose during use. The vacuum degree of this test is specified in the relevant product standards. 4 Test equipment and accessories
4.1 Equipment
Vacuum pump: vacuum limit up to 1.33×10-\Pa. 4.2 Accessories
4.2. 1 Vacuum gauge (-1. 0~0 MPa). 4.2.2 Hose plug: A method uses a metal plug; B method uses a sealing plug made of transparent material (or a transparent sealing plate). 4.2.3 Lighting tools: a light source that meets a certain brightness. 4.2.4 Solid ball: A method uses a smooth solid ball with a size accurate to 1mm and equivalent to 0.9 times the inner diameter of the hose. 5 Sample
The minimum length of the test hose does not include the end pipe joints. It should be 5 times the nominal inner diameter of the hose, or 1 meter long. The longer of the two is taken. If the length is less than 1 meter, the whole hose or hose assembly is taken. 6 Sample parking
The hose shall not be tested within 24 hours after it is manufactured. Before the test, the sample should be parked at the standard laboratory temperature (according to the provisions of GB2941) for at least 3 hours, and this time can be regarded as part of the 24 hours after the product is manufactured. If the user and the manufacturer have other agreements, they shall be implemented in accordance with the agreement approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on January 2, 1994 and implemented on October 1, 1994. bzxZ.net
7 Test procedure
.GB/T 5567-94
Put the hose as flat as possible on a flat surface, plug one end of the hose with a metal plug to prevent air leakage, insert a solid ball into the hose, and then connect the open end of the hose to a vacuum pump with a vacuum gauge. Reduce the internal pressure of the hose to the specified test pressure within 60 seconds, and maintain this pressure for not less than 10 minutes.
While maintaining the test pressure, check whether the outside of the hose is dented or collapsed, then tilt the test hose to allow the solid ball to pass through the entire hose, and check whether the hose has any obstructions caused by internal deformation. 7.2 Method B
Install a sealing plug made of transparent material (or a transparent sealing plate) at one end of the hose, and connect one end of the hose to a vacuum pump with a vacuum gauge. Reduce the internal pressure of the hose to the specified test pressure within 60 seconds, and maintain this pressure for not less than 10 minutes. While maintaining the test pressure, use a light source with a certain brightness to check the internal condition of the hose through the transparent plate, and check whether there is delamination, depression or collapse on the outside of the hose. 8 Test report
The test report should include the following:
a. Hose name and specification;
b. Hose manufacturing date and batch number;
c. The name and code of the standard on which the test is based: d. Test temperature, test date, test method; e. Test results, detailed record of whether there are any collapses or depressions on the outer surface of the hose during the test, the rolling of the solid ball, and whether there are any delaminations, protrusions, cracks, etc. inside the hose. "Tester;
g. Other necessary instructions.
