JB/T 8024.5-1999 This standard is a revision of JB/T 8024.5-95 "Lever handles for machine tool fixture parts and components". During the revision, only editorial changes were made according to relevant regulations, and the technical content was not changed. This standard specifies the specifications of type I lever handles with a diameter of 14~27mm; type II lever handles with a diameter of 14~32mm; and type III lever handles with a diameter of 15~25mm. This standard was first issued in 1981 as GB 2224-80, and was first revised to GB/T 2224-91 on April 30, 1991, and was adjusted to JB/T 8024.5-95 in April 1996. This standard specifies the Type 1 lever-type handle with a specification of 14~27mm; the Type Ⅱ lever-type handle with a specification of 14~32mm; and the mesh-type lever-type handle with a specification of 15~25mm.

4 Technical conditions
4.1 Material: 45 steel in accordance with the provisions of GB/T699. 4.2 Heat treatment: 35~40HRC for the head.
