3 Types and dimensions
The types (SW-LJ types) and dimensions of flanges shall be in accordance with the provisions of Figure 3 and Tables 3-1 to 3-3.

4 Technical requirements
4.0.1 The technical requirements for flanges shall be in accordance with the provisions of HGJ66 "Technical Conditions for Steel Pipe Flanges", and the dimensional tolerances of socket rings shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4.0.1. Dimensional tolerance of socket ring

4.0.2 Socket ring, loose flange (including steel pipe) are generally made of low carbon steel, such as Q235A, 20. With the agreement of both parties, the flange of the loose flange can also be made of ductile iron material in accordance with GB12384. 4.0.3 According to user requirements, the matching steel pipe wall sequence S different from that specified in this standard can be used, but it should be indicated when ordering.
5 Maximum non-impact working pressure
The nominal pressure of the flange and the maximum non-impact working pressure at different temperatures shall be in accordance with the provisions of HGJ67 "Pressure-Temperature Grade of Steel Pipe Flange". However, the service pressure and temperature shall also take into account the applicability of the non-metallic lining layer. 32

7 Fastener length
The length 1 of the listed fasteners (bolts, studs) refers to the length of the combination of two flanges of the same type and pressure grade (without considering the flange thickness of the ring and thick lining layer). In other cases, the fastener length should be recalculated. 34
