Standard Series Classification and Technical Conditions for Storage Tanks
157186
He1345
This standard applies to storage tanks used for storage, buffering, metering and separation in the chemical and petroleum industries, and also applies to storage tanks for similar purposes in other industrial sectors.
This standard does not apply to negative pressure storage tanks.
The normal pressure storage tank in this standard refers to the storage tank whose maximum liquid level partial pressure value in the gas phase space is not greater than 200mmH20. Type, volume and pressure range of standard series of storage tanks (see Table 1) Issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on November 13, 1985 and implemented on December 1, 1985 Standard No. Schematic Diagram ×10-2 Tank series 1572-85 Double tank series 157385 Granular series 1574 85 HG 5-1571-85 90* No folded edge Conical bottom bulging bottom Storage tank series 1575--5 "Folded edge conical bottom Elliptical head storage tank series Swallow type HG 5--

m.2, storage key design, manufacture, test and acceptance regulations HG 5--1571—B5
The manufacture, testing and acceptance of normal pressure tanks shall comply with JB2880-81 "Technical Conditions for Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels". 2.1
Storage tanks with design pressure p2>2.5k1/cm2 (25×10-2MPa) shall comply with the following provisions: 2.2i
"Safety Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessels" 1
"Design Regulations for Steel Petrochemical Pressure Vessels" 3JB741—80 "Technical Conditions for Steel Welded Pressure Vessels". c.
In addition to the above provisions, it shall also comply with the requirements of the drawings. 2.3
3 Material requirements
3.1A3F and A3 steel plates shall comply with GB700—79 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Carbon Structural Steels" 3.2A3R and 16MnR steel plates shall comply with the provisions of YB536-69 "Technical conditions for hot-rolled thick steel plates of carbon steel and ordinary low-alloy steel for pressure vessels".
3.320 seamless steel pipes shall comply with the provisions of YB231-70 "Seamless steel pipes". 3.4 Rubber asbestos sheets shall comply with the provisions of JC125-66 "Rubber asbestos sheets". 4 Welding
The types and sizes of electric welding joints shall comply with the provisions of GB985~986-80 "Basic types and sizes of manual arc welding joints" and "Basic types and sizes of buried arc welding joints" except those indicated in the drawings. Welding materials shall be selected according to the provisions of JB/Z105-73 "Welding Code for Steel Pressure Vessels". 5. Welding coefficient and non-destructive testing requirements
5.1 The welding of atmospheric pressure storage tanks is designed as butt welds without non-destructive testing, single-sided welding, and no pads, and the weld coefficient = 0.60. 5.2 Storage tanks with a design pressure of p2.5kgf/cm (25×10zMPa) shall be as follows: a. Selection of bursting coefficient during local non-destructive testing: For storage tanks D, ≥1000mm, the head is stamped with a whole plate, and the bursting coefficient is ?1.0; the cylinder is designed as a butt weld with single-sided welding and no pads, and the weld coefficient is single = 0.70. For storage tanks D, ≥1000mm, the cylinder and the head are designed as butt welds with double-sided welding, and the weld coefficient is self-.85. When double-sided welding is not suitable for thicker walls, single-sided butt welds can be used, but the root should be cleaned and the bottom should be sealed, and the weld coefficient value should be guaranteed. bzxz.net
b, Selection of weld coefficient for 100% nondestructive testing: Both the cylinder and the head are designed as double-sided butt welds, and the weld coefficient?=1.0. When double-sided welding is not suitable for thin thickness, single-sided butt welds are used, but the root should be cleaned and the bottom should be sealed, and the weld coefficient value should be guaranteed. c: When using this standard series of storage tanks, the nondestructive testing requirements for each storage tank should be selected according to the provisions of the "Pressure Vessel Safety Supervision Regulations" for various types of containers.
6 Leak test and pressure test
6.1 After the normal pressure tank is manufactured, it must be reversed to test with water or kerosene. Users can select according to their needs. 6.21 After the storage tank with a pressure of 2.5kgr/cm2 (25×10-2MPa) is manufactured, it must be subjected to a pressure test, and its pressure test pressure is selected according to the US standard.
