Some standard content:

GB18241.1—2001
This standard is published in three parts under the title of "Rubber Lining": Part 1: Equipment Anticorrosion Lining;
- Part 2: Mill Lining;
- Part 3: Flotation Machine Lining.
This part is Part 1.
Chapter 5, Chapter 6 (except for the HR rubber sheet tensile strength index in Table 4 of 6.2 which is recommended) and Chapter 9 of this standard are mandatory, and the rest are recommended.
This standard is formulated based on the physical, medium resistance and construction level of domestic rubber anticorrosion lining materials. Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C of this standard are the appendices of the standard. This standard is proposed by the State Bureau of Petroleum and Chemical Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Rubber Miscellaneous Products Branch of the National Rubber Standardization Committee. This standard was drafted by Beijing Rubber Products Design Institute, and the Institute of Anticorrosion and Waterproof Materials Technology of Beijing Rubber Products Design Institute, Wuhan KCH Anticorrosion Engineering Co., Ltd., Sino-Japanese Joint Venture Jingjiang Prince Anticorrosion Engineering Co., Ltd., Xianning Huaning Rubber Anticorrosion Equipment Co., Ltd., Wuxi Boiler Factory, Shenyang Fourth Rubber Factory, Shanghai Rubber Products Factory No. 4, and Hangzhou Qifu Shunhao Anticorrosion Engineering Co., Ltd. participated in the drafting.
Main drafters of this standard: Gao Qian, Wu Xiaoxing, Zhao Jixiang, Guo Jie, Wu Jijun, Ao Houfa, Yao Meichu, Zhang Pu, Zhang Qinghu From the date of implementation of this standard, the industry standards HG/T2698--1995 "Rubber Sheet for Equipment Anticorrosion Lining", HG/T2451-1993 "Rubber Lining for Equipment Anticorrosion", and HG/T2180-1991 "Natural Vulcanized Rubber Sheet for Phosphoric Acid Storage Tank Lining" will be abolished at the same time. 179

This standard specifies the definition, classification, marking, specifications and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rubber anticorrosion lining (hereinafter referred to as lining). This standard applies to anticorrosion linings that are attached to lined equipment to prevent the equipment from being corroded by media. 2 Referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. 3 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
3.1 Heated vulcanized rubber lining
The unvulcanized lining is pasted on the lined equipment with a rubber sheet with an adhesive, and the lining is vulcanized by heating (high-pressure steam, normal-pressure steam, hot water, hot air). The vulcanized rubber sheet is divided into hard rubber, semi-hard rubber and soft rubber according to its hardness. 3.2 Naturally vulcanized rubber lining
The lining is formed by attaching the unvulcanized lining to the lined equipment with a rubber sheet using an adhesive and completing the vulcanization process at room temperature. 3.3 Prevulcanized rubber lining
The lining is formed by attaching the prevulcanized lining to the lined equipment with a rubber sheet using an adhesive. 4 Classification
4.1 Linings are classified by vulcanization method as shown in Table 1. Approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China on July 13, 2001 180
Implemented on February 1, 2002
The classification of rubber types for linings is shown in Table 2.
