Replaces GR/T 9113.9~9113.15-1988This standard specifies the types and dimensions of integral steel pipe flanges with concave and convex faces with nominal pressures PN of 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3, 10.0, 16.0MPa and nominal pressures PV of 5.0, 11.0, 15.0 and 26.0MPa. This standard is applicable to integral steel arm flanges with nominal pressures PV1.6~PN26.0MPa. 2 Referenced Standards

3.1 The types of PN1.6, PN2.5, PN1.0, PN6.3, PN10.0 and PN16.0MPa convex integral steel pipe flanges shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1 to 6. 3.2 The types of PN5.0, PN11.0, PN5.0 and PN26.0MPa concave and convex integral steel pipe flanges shall comply with the provisions of Figure 2, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 7 to 10.
4 Technical requirements for flanges
4.1 The technical requirements for flanges shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9124. 4.2 The maximum non-impact working pressure of the flange at different temperatures shall comply with the regulations of (Appendix A of B/T9124--2000 (Appendix of the standard).
