5.1 Materials of main parts of the ladder device are as per Table 2. Table

5. 2 Pulley and pulley for ladder device are as per CB 153 5.3 After the jib is manufactured, a hoisting test shall be carried out. All parts shall not have permanent deformation after the test. The pulley shall rotate flexibly. 5.4 The steel parts of the ladder shall be painted with anti-rust paint or hot-dip galvanized. Hot galvanizing shall be carried out according to CB°/2343. 5.5 The ladder device installed on the ship shall be tested as a whole with the ladder. 6 Test method
After the jib and pulley are assembled, a hoisting test is carried out for 15 n1in. The test load is in accordance with Table 3, and the hoisting method is in accordance with Figure 2. Copper rope

6.2 The overall test method of the ladder turning device and the energy ladder shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T14360. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 The technical assembly department of the manufacturer shall issue a certificate of conformity for the ladder assembly that has passed the inspection. 7.2 Each set of jib and pulley shall be subjected to a hoisting test in accordance with Article 6.1. 7.3 The manufacturing dimensions and welding quality of the jib shall be visually inspected. 8 Marking
